I entered through the car gate and tried to open the pedestrian gate on the "inside" and it still would not open.

This is something that should be on the landscapers annual list of maintenance tasks in early spring.

| May 7, 2026 | Gates | The Tuscany exit gate on Solera has been screeching day and night every time a car exits for about a week. It can be heard blocks away. I have reported this via phone and at the front desk half a dozen times with no action.
