Offering a wide variety of Audio-Visual options, Monarch Club’s equipment will enhance your presentations and programs. Equipment includes a retractable 8’x 10’ screen, a projector accessible through an HDMI cable or Apple TV connection, dimmable lighting, a microphone, podium, and overhead speakers for piped-in music and sound for any type of event. We can also procure additional event lighting and live entertainment.

Mount Diablo Event Center

The Events Center offers views of Mount Diablo through floor to ceiling windows, a spacious dance floor, and doors that open to the outside patio.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I reserve my event?

    To book your date at Club Los Meganos, it is necessary to place your deposit and sign a contract. Your deposit will go towards the total cost of your event. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date, with final floor plan and guest count guarantee. Any “day of” charges are due at the conclusion of the event.

  • Can we bring in outside catering?

    All catering is provided by our Culinary Team. We are required to follow the California of Health Department’s regulations, which state: “No food of any kind, except specialty desserts or wedding cake, may be brought on or leave the facility or taken at the conclusion of the event. No outside food items may be prepared, served or stored in or on premise refrigeration.”

  • May we bring in our own alcohol?

    All liquor must be purchased through Club Los Meganos. We cannot allow you to provide your own alcohol. However, we do offer beer, wine, and liquor packages, with a full variety of options.

  • Do you allow the space to be decorated?

    Absolutely! We welcome you to decorate with flowers, candles, lighting, etc. We do not allow anything to be applied to the walls or building structure that will cause damage. If you choose to use candles, we require that they are in containers or on a stand, to prevent damage to surfaces.

  • When should my event details be finalized?

    We appreciate the final balance due, signed Banquet Event Order, and floor plan 14 days prior to your event.

  • When would you like my final count?

    A guest guarantee is required 14 days prior to your event. The guaranteed number is not subject to reduction.
