| August 16, 2023 | Gates | Back on August 9 I emailed that the Latour gate(s) where squeaking badly. I got a response on the same day that they had been lubricated. It didn't work. I emailed back a few days later to ask for the gates to be rechecked. I don't know if that has been done but the gate(s) are still like fingernails on a chalkboard. Please HELP! I live next to the gates and the squeak is heard in my bedroom and office. That puts us at pretty much 24/7 noise.

The latch (I reported before as being unsafe due to sharp corner edges) has a screw(s) coming loose and blocking the gate from opening and closing. Pretty sure this is the cause, score marks are on the gate at the same place where screws are attached to the metal ence.

| August 10, 2023 | Vineyards | Once again I am reporting the vineyard water issue. The water was flowing like an open fire hydrant for about 2 hours on Monday above my home at 1803 Moscato Place, i have a video if you need to see where the problem is. I have reported this problem several times, it is not a small leak it is thousands of gallons of water and I am sure we are going to get another raise in our HOA fees due to the increased use of water which is not fair if i have been reporting this for weeks!

| August 7, 2023 | Club | In the Komei room there's a floor mirror against the wall. This mirror is not secured to the wall, therefore it will fall on people if anyone bumps into it or moves it by accident. It has fallen on us a couple of times. Perhaps it could be secured to the wall in some way.

| July 21, 2023 | Landscape | The new plants added along Trilogy Parkway are already dying! They were planted with the rootball exposed. They are not getting watered enough. And they are dying - leaves are drooping and turning yellow. I believe these are Laurel plants added to replace the dead ones.
They need to be replaced. Most of them are dead now. Next time, dig a hole and put the entire rootball in the soil. Then water every day. It's 100 degrees today.

| July 18, 2023 | Landscape | The hedges on Trilogy Parkway approximately 1/2 way up the street on the right side (as you are going up the parkway to the clubhouse) need to be trimmed down again. This is an ongoing issue. If you drive up the parkway you can see where the hedges on the lower part of the parkway have been trimmed properly and where maintenance stopped trimming. The upper part of the parkway needs the same attention as the lower part and because the hedges have been neglected they need a bit more attention to look as nice as the hedges in the lower part of the street. I do thank you for removing and replacing the dead hedges and hoping that with proper maintenance (proper water and fertilizer) they will grow nicely and the hedges will look as good as the hedges on the lower part of the parkway.
