1) In the gym by the mirrors where the Pilates table is and all the floor exercise is done there have been ants crossing the mats for weeks. The ants make it uncomfortable to do floor exercise.
2) Also, all 3 elliptical machines that the monitors are in operable. The machines need service.
When I advised the SAWA spa staff they keep assuring me that both problems are being handled, but it's been weeks. So I submit this report on Sept 18th, just to properly go through channels with a date marker.

| September 17, 2023 | Club | The water at the Chef's Garden down by the pergola behind the club has been turned off. We're still watering the kitchen herbs we planted and they're in need of water. Can we please get it turned back on as soon as possible?

| September 16, 2023 | Pool | The indoor lap pool continues to be exceeding warm. It is not healthy to have to work out in warm temperatures. This is a lap pool not a recreational pool like the outdoor pool. It is meant to be a place where swimmers exercise and work out. Who does one speak to about changing the temperature?

| September 16, 2023 | Vineyards | Two people reported vineyard irrigation leaks in Sonoma today on this website. Both mentioned a major leak coming from the top of the hill along Trilogy Parkway. The issue was a hose end connector that came off. I reattached it and that major leak has stopped. I also let Eusebio know that I addressed that leak. I didn't loo for the other leaks that were mentioned in those two maintenance reports.

| August 16, 2023 | Gates | Back on August 9 I emailed that the Latour gate(s) where squeaking badly. I got a response on the same day that they had been lubricated. It didn't work. I emailed back a few days later to ask for the gates to be rechecked. I don't know if that has been done but the gate(s) are still like fingernails on a chalkboard. Please HELP! I live next to the gates and the squeak is heard in my bedroom and office. That puts us at pretty much 24/7 noise.

The latch (I reported before as being unsafe due to sharp corner edges) has a screw(s) coming loose and blocking the gate from opening and closing. Pretty sure this is the cause, score marks are on the gate at the same place where screws are attached to the metal ence.

The water was flowing like an open fire hydrant for about 2 hours on Monday above my home at 1803 Moscato Place, i have a video if you need to see where the problem is. I have reported this problem several times, it is not a small leak it is thousands of gallons of water and I am sure we are going to get another raise in our HOA fees due to the increased use of water which is not fair if i have been reporting this for weeks!
