Alice’s Kitchen is named after the daughter of the historic John Marsh, original landowner of Trilogy® at The Vineyards. As a successful rancher, John Marsh became one of the most influential men in establishing California’s statehood. His legacy of caring for California’s citizens was carried on by his daughter, Alice Camron, who – along with her daughter, Amy – operated a boardinghouse in San Francisco serving hundreds of wayward travelers. The ladle symbolized in the Alice’s Kitchen logo represents the warm, delicious food Alice and Amy nourished their patrons with during their stays.
Located in the center of the Club, Alice’s Kitchen is a place where Members can relax for a moment and enjoy the day’s ambiance or the spectacular mountain sunsets. Diners will enjoy our signature dish, Alice’s Pot Roast, or the vegetarian Fire Roasted Stir Fry. New crowd favorites include the Rocket Bird crispy chicken sandwich prepared with an amazing honey sriracha sauce and our new root-based slaw. Whatever your desire, we advise you to end your meal with our favorite Butter Cake, topped with marinated berries and vanilla ice cream.
