Maintenance Issue Reports

The roses in the Bordeaux Village at park have not been winter trimmed. I noticed the roses by the gates have all been trimmed back but not at the park on the side of St. Julians street.

The circle around the fountain at the club.
The trees around the circle have up light landscape lighting a lot of these are burned out.
Can you someone check them?

Resident Gate in Bordeaux on the exit side has damage. It would appear that a bar was torn from the gate large enough for a person could fit through the opening.

Rhone entry gate locked wide open at 10:45pm

Pedestrian/golf cart gate at end of Lafite Lane is not working, 11/3/21. It has not worked at all this week as well as last week.
This is a ongoing issue with this gate.

Mail room outside door doesn’t close correctly. Need to pull in closed. Does not close and latch on its own. Did report to concierge at 8:30 on Wednesday 10/13/2021

Neighborhood Watch Captain reporting Solera gate is malfunctioning only half open, residents cannot get in or out. Email sent to Management

The dumpster by the sales office is overflowing and has been in that state for some time. I can send a picture if it helps. Someone has also piled up multiple garbage bags in front of the dumpster (about 8-10 bags) which I suspect has prevented the routine pickup of the dumpster by the garbage truck. I walk my dog by that area about once a week and I'd guess this pile of trash has been there for several weeks. Now the critters have gotten into the bags laying on the ground and made a mess. Can someone PLEASE properly dispose of the garbage bags on the ground and get the dumpster picked up?

The fence at the base of the vineyard along Trilogy Parkway is damaged. There are two broken slats hanging down. If you are driving up Trilogy Pkwy from Vineyards Pkwy, this is located about halfway up from the fountain/crosswalk on Trilogy Parkway by the bocce courts and before the curve in Trilogy Parkway near Healing Rock. Another way to locate it is it is would be almost directly behind the homes at 1962 and 1964 Sacred Mountain Lane.

First, thank you for bringing back Miwok Park grass area, but the very north end near Chianti is now dead. The sprinklers had been working fine, but are now not covering this area. Perez used to kill weeds along the wrought iron fencing in the bark. The bark now is extremely thin and weeds are growing rapidly. My husband has been pulling them by hand behind our house, but other houses have the same weed problem. Will the bark be replaced in this area to reduce the amount of weed growth?
