| June 13, 2024 | Gates | Ongoing issues with Viognier pedestrian gate. Maintenance report filed several times in the past 14 months.
1. The gate has a reversed strike plate and elevated screws. The elevated screws sometimes block the gate from closing or make it hard or impossible to open. This is/has been part of the ongoing gate sticking open or not opening problem.
2. Additionally and with more impact - in the afternoon after the sun hits the metal fence, the framing of the gate expands. When it expands the top of the gate is blocked from both opening and closing by the metal fence. If you want to observe the problem come out in the late afternoon. It will not be in evidence in the A.M.
3. The problem is once the gate is opened in the afternoon, it will remain open until it cools off, then it closes on its own. Meanwhile the gate does not provide a security-related function as it stay open until late P.M..

| June 13, 2024 | Club | A light bulb directly over the pool table nearest the window is burned out. Also the last time this happened it was replaced with a bulb of a different temperature. I also reported that, it has not been addressed. All of the bulbs should match in kelvin temperature. They do not.

| June 11, 2024 | Gates | Sonoma Gate Control Panel display is defective and unreadable. The display just shows dots which makes it impossible for visitors to find any resident information. I have included a picture of what the display looks like. I was told it has been this way for several weeks at the least.

| June 3, 2024 | Landscape | One of the two newly planted young purple flowering trees at Miwok Park needs to be re-secured at its support pole. It has broken loose from the top tie and bending over. If not secured, the tree will not grow straight. I noticed this driving by and did not stop to take a photo.

| June 1, 2024 | Landscape | 95% of the grass in Meritage Park is dead or dying. It is not being watered properly. There are obvious broken pipes which are part of the sprinkler system. Only 5% of the grass is getting any water at all.
Why would you install grass if you do not water it properly???

| May 28, 2024 | Landscape | The sprinkler controller at the Lafite Court golf cart path leading to Rhone village (common planting area) has been inoperable for several years. I have previously reported the issue, as did Michael Wolfe prior to his death. Unfortunately, after years of neglect many plants have died and/or withered away. Please have someone inspect our irrigation system here at the end of Lafite Court and repair the sprinkler controllers. I manually turn the system on for my side (in front of 1100 Lafite) at least once a week, as does the gardener for my neighbor at 1101 Lafite Court. However, when we are away for several weeks the vegetation suffers immensely, particularly in the summer months.

| May 9, 2024 | Villages | The HOA side of the wood fence on the vineyard trail-head adjacent to 1701 Zinfandel needs to be re-stained. The old stain is peeling and bare wood is exposed. Diving on Miwok, I noticed another HOA wood fence on the eastern hillside also appears to be in need of new stain. Perhaps there should be a schedule for HOA fence maintenance if one doesn't already exist.

| April 28, 2024 | Villages | Pedestrian gate between Viognier Court and the walking path behind Bordeaux does not work. Combination does unlock the gate but the gate frame is "stuck" and takes a very hard push to open from the court side. Once open, it will not close again. It appears that the silver rectangular plate on the fence side of the lock extends too far beyond the fence post and prevents the gate itself from closing. There are large bolts on the latch plate which may be the cause. This is a recent problem and was not the case about 1-2 weeks ago since I have been using the gate a couple on a regular basis since it was installed.

Even if the temperature is reset to 69 degrees, it will turn off and return to an 85 degree setting. This is problematic as the room becomes very warm and stuffy while exercising. Please help!
