| August 9, 2020 | Vineyards | It has been verified that poison bait has been placed in the vineyards near the hiking trail by Miwok and Tempranillo.
This is not acceptable as all the animals that will feed on poisoned carcasses would also likely be killed.
Golden eagles, red-tail hawks, kestrels, foxes and a whole host of other animals are directly threatened.
Put out cage traps if needed but please remove the poison ASAP.

| August 7, 2020 | Wine Barn | There are many leaks and some sprays of water at many of the connectors for the vines around the Winebarn. I have pictures of the locations but no way to upload them. However, when the vines are being watered it is easy to see where the problems are.

| August 6, 2020 | Landscape | A number of plants, shrubs, and trees have died. Grasses are an eyesore. The dead hedges at the wine barn, the over watered olive trees, and the unsightly grasses at Miwok Park. The olive trees leading up to the club on Trilogy Parkway a number of the olive trees have been over watered and there is a standing accumulation of water under them of about 3 inches or more. If the situation is not quickly resolved, the olive trees will die. This not only means that they will need to be replaced, but also it will come at a cost which the homeowners will have to absorb. If you share my concerns, it is my hope that this information will spur you into action, and that you will write to both the HOA & the board.

| August 1, 2020 | Villages | In Tuscany Village, the following street lights are on during the day, 205152, 205120, 250144, 205155, 205160, 205162, 205163 and probably more since my daily walk does not cover the entire village.
Also, a number of houses have burned out address lights. Perhaps the night security watch could record the burned out address locations so the owners could be notified. Even though the address lights are on 24/7 (for no reason), it is very difficult to see that the bulbs are out during the daytime so the owners are probably unaware. The address lights use two 2825 bulbs (12V, 5W) and are available at Amazon, Ace Hardware and most automotive parts stores.

| July 20, 2020 | Landscape | The Trees behind my home at 1627 Healing Rock Court which faces the Club Parking Lot are dying. They were originally YEW PINES like the others along that row of homes. My neighbor The Schwartz asked to have them removed and replaced with these bushes for more privacy. I never approved this removal but didn't want to cause any issues. BUT now that they are not doing well please have them removed and REPLANTED with the YEW PINES that were original planted when I purchased my home. Please let me know as soon as possible. | June 10, 2020 | Landscape | 1619 CHIANTI LN - The sodded vacant area (PG & E easement)adjacent to our lot at 1619 Chianti Ln. has been allowed to get very dry and brown. Apparently, in an attempt to revive it, sprinklers were turned on sometime in the morning of June 4 and allowed to run continuously until approx 10AM on June 5. This excessive watering over that amount of time caused the soil to become saturated and soft. Then the high winds of June 6 blew over a tree planted in our yard along the west wall bordering our lot. A grounds and maintenance crew needs to upright and stabilize the tree which is now at about a 30 degree cant from vertical. This needs to be done right away.
Of potentially greater concern is the fact that this unnaturally excessive water can seep under or slab/foundation and cause dynamic changes in the soil beneath resulting in structural damage to our home. And we certainly don't need any more of these issues here in Trilogy!

| May 11, 2020 | Bocce Court | The lawn by the Bocce Park hasn't been mowed for over a month. This condition is more than an eye sore as allergy season is upon us. Also. the Contra Costa Fire Protection District has notified us to keep our grasses mowed to less than 3 inches because of fire risks. The grass is over 12 inches high.

| May 5, 2020 | Vineyards | There is a significant vineyard irrigation leak on Petite Syrah hill. It is located at the end of one of the rows of vines, that face Trilogy Parkway, about halfway between the bocce courts and the Porto neighborhood. The water is pouring out of the connection between the black irrigation pipe and the rigid line coming out of the ground. I placed a small wooden stake by the line that is leaking, but you can easily see where the water has run as the ground has been washed away. I can provide a Google maps photo of the location if you need it.

| April 24, 2020 | Landscape | I applaud your team for putting in the dog waster dispensers on Vineyard Parkway. I have seen several members picking up after their dogs. I noted for the last several days that there are no bags in the dispensers and when I walk, I see a lot of dog waste on the sidewalk, some already stepped in.....

| April 10, 2020 | Bocce Court | At the Bocce Ball court on the left side of the walkway as your face the courts. One of the sprinkler heads has popped off shooting up a geyser. I put it back in place but noted the twist cap would not lock anymore. Please fix. Thank you.

Since this bike is out of commission until it’s either fixed or replaced, can a sign be made stating something to that effect so that people are not wasting their time getting on it and trying to use it.
