| September 15, 2022 | Gates | The city park between Bourdeaux and Toscany is now open. However, the gate allowing access to the Bourdeaux pathway is locked creating a safety issue and blocking walkers from using the pathway. If this is an HOA issue, please have the lock removed as soon as possible.

| September 7, 2022 | Gates | A friend visited yesterday. I had told her to enter the last four digits of my phone number at the Latour gate, which has always worked in the past (causing my phone to ring so I can dial 9 to remotely open the gate.) This time, she got a message displayed that it was dialing my number, and it came through as a voice call. This happened multiple times, including once when I was sitting beside her and saw that she did exactly what was the correct steps. My transponder and card continue to work normally, but I want visitors and delivery people to be able to ring my phone so I can open the gate for them.

| September 3, 2022 | Landscape | The hedges on Trilogy Parkway approximately 1/2 way up on the right hand side (as you are going up the parkway) need to be trimmed again. This has been an issue for several years and I am hoping we can have the hedges maintained and looking like the same hedges on the lower section of the Parkway. The only way this can happen is with consistent trimming the top of the hedges, proper irrigation and fertilizing on a regular basis.

| September 1, 2022 | Vineyards | This is an emergency! I realize that Trilogy doesn't maintain the vineyard, but I don't know who does. I am reporting a broken sprinkler head that is spewing a large amount of water at the bottom of the Tempranillo vineyard in back of the home at 2029 Tempranillo Lane. It looks like it's been going for a while and a large amount of water is being lost and is eroding the walking path.

| August 11, 2022 | Club | Main water valve is leaking. Water is constantly dripping from one of the joints. This is the very large red valve that is located near the lowest club parking lot, near the corner where Trilogy Parkway has a stop sign, and turns left. Across from the pickle ball courts.

| August 6, 2022 | Gates | My card does not open the sidewalk Solera gate. When I can scan the card it beeps and the light turns green but the latch does not open when the lever is pushed down. I have tried this several times and it works occasionally. I can use the card to open the car gate.
