Maintenance Issue Reports

Need new chalk cubes for pool tables in pool tables room. Need at least 6-8 each.

At the corner of California Trail and Chardonnay Lane in Sonoma Village, on the east/lower end, there is a hole in the edge of the asphalt. The hole is small but the void underneath it seems pretty deep. As rain water flows down California Trail, I suspect it flows into that hole. This may start undermining the road at that corner. In fact, it is looking like the asphalt is starting to sink around that hole. I think it would be good to get that hole/void filled in before the heavy rains come. I have attached a picture of the hole.

2 Problems:

1) In the gym by the mirrors where the Pilates table is and all the floor exercise is done there have been ants crossing the mats for weeks. The ants make it uncomfortable to do floor exercise.

2) Also, all 3 elliptical machines that the monitors are in operable. The machines need service.

When I advised the SAWA spa staff they keep assuring me that both problems are being handled, but it's been weeks. So I submit this report on Sept 18th, just to properly go through channels with a date marker.

The indoor lap pool continues to be exceeding warm. It is not healthy to have to work out in warm temperatures. This is a lap pool not a recreational pool like the outdoor pool. It is meant to be a place where swimmers exercise and work out. Who does one speak to about changing the temperature?

Excessive irrigation watering in bocce park on California Trail. The section that is parallel to the last home up California Trail has been working for over 3 hours today. I don't think it needs anything close to that much water. Picture attached.

Major leak on Syrah hill near number 30

Minor leak behind Frascati between #40-70.

There is ground chalk on the pool deck next to the baby entrance to the pool a bit in front of the monitor's table. I assume this is left over from Grandparents Day on Sunday but definitely should be cleaned up. Certainly does not represent a "resort pool" atmosphere.

The shower curtains in the men’s locker room are really moldy on the inside of the showers. They need to be cleaned or replaced. Thank you!

Andulucia gate open

One of the lane separators in the indoor pool is broken again. The second time this year. It seems to happen when the water aerobics class takes it down to hold their class. Now it has been sitting on the deck for several weeks. What is the status of this?

The TV on the gym’s middle recumbent bike has not worked for at least 3 months. When will it be replaced or repaired?

Water geyser on Barberesco near Miwok on the edge of Lower Miwok Park

Around the indoor pool has not been cleaned in weeks and weeks. There has been a Q-tip on the hoist chair “which is also disgusting,” a band aid amongst other bits all around the floor. It could do with bring disinfected at least once a week with people walking aroundceith no shoes on.
