The pedestrian gate for Porto Village does not lock.

Please hang the #3 sign on the tennis court. The sign is on the ground on that court.

V-drain seriously clogged with debris, this is at the end of Sauternes, side of 1805, on the Olive Grove trail. Needs to be addressed before next rain🤞

Hi there reporting sprinklers running all day this Saturday along Bordouex park along the sidewalks of latour

The city park between Bourdeaux and Toscany is now open. However, the gate allowing access to the Bourdeaux pathway is locked creating a safety issue and blocking walkers from using the pathway. If this is an HOA issue, please have the lock removed as soon as possible.

- Response from VAMC - Thank you for your report. Shea Homes and the City are working on getting this gate lock working properly so that VAMC residents can access the park from the trail. JW

The hedges on Trilogy Parkway approximately 1/2 way up on the right hand side (as you are going up the parkway) need to be trimmed again. This has been an issue for several years and I am hoping we can have the hedges maintained and looking like the same hedges on the lower section of the Parkway. The only way this can happen is with consistent trimming the top of the hedges, proper irrigation and fertilizing on a regular basis.

This is an emergency! I realize that Trilogy doesn't maintain the vineyard, but I don't know who does. I am reporting a broken sprinkler head that is spewing a large amount of water at the bottom of the Tempranillo vineyard in back of the home at 2029 Tempranillo Lane. It looks like it's been going for a while and a large amount of water is being lost and is eroding the walking path.

The swim trunk spin dryer in the mens locker is still out. Do you have an ETA on when this will be fixed. Thank you,

Main water valve is leaking. Water is constantly dripping from one of the joints. This is the very large red valve that is located near the lowest club parking lot, near the corner where Trilogy Parkway has a stop sign, and turns left. Across from the pickle ball courts.

Trash can in Bordeaux park near picnic table needs repair or replacement, it has broken slats on sides.

The entry gate at Latour is squeaky terribly!!! I didn’t know but my husband called the front desk a week or so ago asking for it to be fixed. I wrote in on this site early last week about it. I need someone to tell me when it is going to be fixed. I need it fixed asap!!! My husband had a heart attack. I am bringing him home from the hospital today. The gate is so loud he will get no rest. I actually counted the gate closings in the last 5 minutes as 8 times. It is more often earlier in the morning. It is driving me crazy. Drive through yourself; wait with your windows open as the gate closes; trust me you will wince and cringe! We can’t sit outside; it is too painful. PLEASE HELP!

Over one year ago the HOA was going to reapply bark to the common area around the upper and lower Miwok Park. That was delayed because of the PG&E project. Is that still on hold or will that be completed sometime in the near future? I have a view fence that overlooks the upper park, and the space between the fence and the grass is great for growing weeds. Terra Care sprays some of those weeds maybe once or twice a year. They do not spray the spurge which is a prolific spreader of seeds. I have been weeding the area behind my fence about every two weeks. New bark won't solve the problem completely, but it would help.

There is also a watering issue near Chianti on the upper park. There is a large area that is dry because it is not getting water from a sprinkler. Near that area between the grass and Chianti there is constant water runoff into the dirt, (that should be covered with bark) causing the area to puddle with water and be very muddy. This poses a slip hazard for people that leave the trail and take a short cut over to Chianti. It is also an attraction for wasps. Thank you for your response.

There is a tree with dead branches & a split trunk in the area outside the gym windows. When you are sitting on the recumbent bikes, you’re looking right at it. I reported this to the concierge desk & the gym desk several months ago. The dead tree remains & is very unsightly. Please remedy the situation.
