Maintenance Issue Reports

A vineyard water line at post #36 between Barbaresco and Riesling Circle has been running a major leak into the drainage line to the
Riesling Circle Street drains from before 7:00 pm and now up to 10:00 pm

There is a substantial water leak in the vineyard off Riesling Circle. I found one near the green telecommunications box this morning. There was also a leak near the park that had already been called in when I found it. At 7:45 this evening, I was out in my backyard ( which is right off the trail between Riesling Circle and Barbaressco), and water was streaming down the vineyard hill.
I took pictures, but am unable to load them. When my husband gets home, we'll try to send the pics.

The Barossa pedestrian gate across from the bocce courts is broken again.

The "blue bots dot, fire hydrant marker" needs to be replaced on St Emilion at St Julien. Resident was told to throw away the old one Thank You

The net strap on Tennis Court #1 is worn and needs to be replaced.

As a workaround we swapped out our strap with the one from the unused net on the pickle ball court.

Can a new net strap be ordered for the net on Tennis Court #1?

The players can install the new strap once it arrives.

Hi,
I hate to be this person, but at the corner of Latour and St Julian is a house with a superbad lawn that desperately has needed attention for many months. It's overgrown, weed ridden, animal holes, etc. Looks like a vacant lot. Pics don't do it 'justice.' I think it's a rental but regardless, I'm sure someone is responsible for keeping it at least presentable. The address is 1738 Latour. thank you

St. Julien exit gate stays open.

St Julien resident reports St Julien exit gate has been open since 2pm

The olive grove path running from St Emilion lane to the Bordeaux Park is in need of maintenance. The weeds are growing across the entire path in spots, eventually, there will be no path!! The area of mud is still there, I suppose with the warmer weather it will turn to dust!! I was told that that issue would be addressed in January. The path desperately needs new gravel and weed removal. There is also serious overgrowth between the Olive trees. Many of these weeds are grasses that have spikes that are dangerous for our dogs. (NO RUSH) The Latour vehicle exit gate is partially stuck open, wide enough to allow people to walk through it.

Dead rabbit in the middle of the street on Miwok. Looks like it was hit by a car.

Crosswalks are in bad shape in Sonoma village. Not sure of other areas. I did look up to see if anybody else complained about it. I could not find it.Big chunks are chipping off. Looks bad in this amazing community.

There is no remote for TV in pool room. Please replace and have available to watch sporting events in pool room.
