Does not appear that the company hired did not completely fill the cracks from the original repair. There are quite a few road cracks in the upper Gamay Lane. | July 5, 2026 | Pool | The indoor pool has become oppressively warm. I know you keep it between a range of degrees recommended but it must be over the top of that. It is after all a work out pool. Wouldn’t it make sense to lower the temp and save money on energy and help those of us who use the pool to work out?

| June 30, 2026 | Vineyards | Same major vineyard leak as a few weeks ago. The fellows repaired that and it’s leaking again. It’s in the vineyards behind the middle of Moscato and there’s several smaller leaks along the way, but the major leak runs past at least three or four houses on Moscato. They can’t miss it if they drive behind Moscato. I reported the same leak several weeks ago.
I submitted a similar photo a few weeks ago.

A regular visiting guest received a beeping signal at both the latour and St Julien gates after trying both Steve and my codes were used. She was not able to get into the gate until a golf cart came by and used a card.
