Maintenance Issue Reports

All of elliptical machines are unable to view the TV channel “HGTV”. All the other TV channels view clearly. Also the middle elliptical has a consistent knocking noise when in use.

Bordeaux gate does NOT closing properly, everyone could get in our village.

Saint Julien Street entrance gate needs lubrication. It squeaks when it opens and closes.

The pedestrian access gate from Vineyards Parkway onto Zinfandel doesn't seem to be working. It reads my card and briefly goes green but in less than a second returns to red with the gate remaining locked. My card works fine on the reader that opens the auto gate on Zinfandel

At roughly 8:30 AM the last couple of days, there is the sound of a lot of water flowing under one of the rosemary shrubs in Miwok park. Haven't dug into the dense plant, but I'm guessing it is a drip that blew it's head off or undergrounded hosing since not a lot of water, just the sound of rushing water. I took a photo of which plant it is if you want me to email it to someone. If not, it's near the entrance off of Miwok near the gate (NOT the one off of Chianti). On right side as you enter, roughly 3rd plant in between walkway and gasline sign

The curtains in the Pool Cabanas are in very bad condition. The rollers and tracks that the curtains move on are broken or jammed.
I was rather shocked when I recently used a cabana and saw how ragged and shredded the curtains had become.

In general, the Club grounds, parking lots etc. are in the worst condition that I have seen in my 8+ years at Trilogy...

It has been verified that poison bait has been placed in the vineyards near the hiking trail by Miwok and Tempranillo.
This is not acceptable as all the animals that will feed on poisoned carcasses would also likely be killed.
Golden eagles, red-tail hawks, kestrels, foxes and a whole host of other animals are directly threatened.
Put out cage traps if needed but please remove the poison ASAP.

There are many leaks and some sprays of water at many of the connectors for the vines around the Winebarn. I have pictures of the locations but no way to upload them. However, when the vines are being watered it is easy to see where the problems are.

A number of plants, shrubs, and trees have died. Grasses are an eyesore. The dead hedges at the wine barn, the over watered olive trees, and the unsightly grasses at Miwok Park. The olive trees leading up to the club on Trilogy Parkway a number of the olive trees have been over watered and there is a standing accumulation of water under them of about 3 inches or more. If the situation is not quickly resolved, the olive trees will die. This not only means that they will need to be replaced, but also it will come at a cost which the homeowners will have to absorb. If you share my concerns, it is my hope that this information will spur you into action, and that you will write to both the HOA & the board.

In Tuscany Village, the following street lights are on during the day, 205152, 205120, 250144, 205155, 205160, 205162, 205163 and probably more since my daily walk does not cover the entire village.

Also, a number of houses have burned out address lights. Perhaps the night security watch could record the burned out address locations so the owners could be notified. Even though the address lights are on 24/7 (for no reason), it is very difficult to see that the bulbs are out during the daytime so the owners are probably unaware. The address lights use two 2825 bulbs (12V, 5W) and are available at Amazon, Ace Hardware and most automotive parts stores.

The Trees behind my home at 1627 Healing Rock Court which faces the Club Parking Lot are dying. They were originally YEW PINES like the others along that row of homes. My neighbor The Schwartz asked to have them removed and replaced with these bushes for more privacy. I never approved this removal but didn't want to cause any issues. BUT now that they are not doing well please have them removed and REPLANTED with the YEW PINES that were original planted when I purchased my home. Please let me know as soon as possible. The Tuscany gates do not work with keys, man gate and drive gates. This has been ongoing for 2 weeks
Today it will not open with car either.

The car gate and pedestrian gate at Solera were not working this morning.
