| April 1, 2026 | Wine Barn | The door knob on the door of the Olive Club storage area on the outside of the wine barn has fallen off and both sides are loose. The secondary lock has also become very tight and hard to lock due to warping. Both issues are in need of repair for security of our items and ability to access.

4) The space between the tennis courts and the former sales office has weeds that are knee-high or taller.

| March 19, 2026 | Pool | Someone needs to clean the cobwebs and treat for spiders in the lap pool building, especially along the bottom of the wall adjacent to the outdoor patio area. I found a black widow spider in a web there this afternoon.

| March 3, 2026 | Wine Barn | I called Feb. 25 and left a message with facilities about the lights on the Wine Barn being left on 24/7 for days. I was very thankful that someone went there to turn them off within 3 hours of my report. Unfortunately, I had to call again on Feb. 27 as they were back on again. I'm not sure that anyone showed up then or not. As of Mar. 2 they were on and they are still on today, Mar. 3.
