The secondary lock has also become very tight and hard to lock due to warping. Both issues are in need of repair for security of our items and ability to access.

2) On the same side of the parking lot, as you would exit, is a wooden fence that is bleached white. It needs some wood oil.
3) Actually, that entire edge of the parking area that borders above the rear of Healing Rock homes is very neglected. Plants are suffering. Need water and/or replanting.

4) The space between the tennis courts and the former sales office has weeds that are knee-high or taller.
