It worked going in but not going out and wouldn't work again going in. My card does beep and briefly does turn light green but does not open the gate. Card works on other gates.

| December 19, 2020 | Villages | The pedestrian gate/door into Bordeaux at Latour is missing a straight piece of metal that closed off the space near the decorative filigree (we saw the piece on the ground next to the gate 2 days ago) and because it is gone you can now effectively put your hand through from the outside and reach down to the knob on the inside and let yourself into the community.

I live next to the Latour gate. Every so often it needs to be "silenced." It squeaks. I have been gone for a couple of weeks and came home to "fingernails on a chalkboard" every time the gate opens. I think it is the entry side but not positive. My office is on that side of the house and so I hear it from morning until evening. It is driving me crazy. I have had to move to another room to work. Worse yet, I have company coming in about a week and that is the guest room side of the house. They will never sleep if it is screeching like it currently is doing. Please help!

| May 4, 2021 | Tennis / Pickleball Court | On one of the benches between pickleball and tennis courts there is a bolt missing on the seat. So the seat falls through. We turned it upside down on the grass.

| May 4, 2021 | Villages | Street light in front of 1143 St Julien is off at around 10PM on Tuesday 5/4. It has been off at around this time (when we walk our dog) for several nights. When this light is off, the street is quite dark in the area. Note - on 5/4 when the power came back on at around 8:15pm, that street light was on, along with the other ones nearby.
Also note - on this page (https://www.mytrilogylife.com/vineyards/maintenance-issue-report/), where it says "please search the list of existing requests - here", the link at 'here' does not work.

| June 4, 2021 | Villages | One of the irrigation sprinkler heads appears to be damaged and spraying extra water when the sprinkler is on. It's in Bordeaux Park near the covered benches ... the one right that's just east of the covered benches. I observed this at around 6:30am on Friday 6/4.
