| June 10, 2020 | Landscape | 1619 CHIANTI LN - The sodded vacant area (PG & E easement)adjacent to our lot at 1619 Chianti Ln. has been allowed to get very dry and brown. Apparently, in an attempt to revive it, sprinklers were turned on sometime in the morning of June 4 and allowed to run continuously until approx 10AM on June 5. This excessive watering over that amount of time caused the soil to become saturated and soft. Then the high winds of June 6 blew over a tree planted in our yard along the west wall bordering our lot. A grounds and maintenance crew needs to upright and stabilize the tree which is now at about a 30 degree cant from vertical. This needs to be done right away.
Of potentially greater concern is the fact that this unnaturally excessive water can seep under or slab/foundation and cause dynamic changes in the soil beneath resulting in structural damage to our home. And we certainly don't need any more of these issues here in Trilogy!

| July 10, 2020 | Club | I noticed the lawn area as you enter the pool area is very dry due to lack of water. In fact the grass was crunchy it was so dry. Why is area of the lawn not getting watered. Just wondering, it was real nice prior.

| July 20, 2020 | Landscape | The Trees behind my home at 1627 Healing Rock Court which faces the Club Parking Lot are dying. They were originally YEW PINES like the others along that row of homes. My neighbor The Schwartz asked to have them removed and replaced with these bushes for more privacy. I never approved this removal but didn't want to cause any issues. BUT now that they are not doing well please have them removed and REPLANTED with the YEW PINES that were original planted when I purchased my home. Please let me know as soon as possible. | August 1, 2020 | Villages | In Tuscany Village, the following street lights are on during the day, 205152, 205120, 250144, 205155, 205160, 205162, 205163 and probably more since my daily walk does not cover the entire village.
Also, a number of houses have burned out address lights. Perhaps the night security watch could record the burned out address locations so the owners could be notified. Even though the address lights are on 24/7 (for no reason), it is very difficult to see that the bulbs are out during the daytime so the owners are probably unaware. The address lights use two 2825 bulbs (12V, 5W) and are available at Amazon, Ace Hardware and most automotive parts stores.

| August 6, 2020 | Landscape | A number of plants, shrubs, and trees have died. Grasses are an eyesore. The dead hedges at the wine barn, the over watered olive trees, and the unsightly grasses at Miwok Park. The olive trees leading up to the club on Trilogy Parkway a number of the olive trees have been over watered and there is a standing accumulation of water under them of about 3 inches or more. If the situation is not quickly resolved, the olive trees will die. This not only means that they will need to be replaced, but also it will come at a cost which the homeowners will have to absorb. If you share my concerns, it is my hope that this information will spur you into action, and that you will write to both the HOA & the board.

| August 7, 2020 | Wine Barn | There are many leaks and some sprays of water at many of the connectors for the vines around the Winebarn. I have pictures of the locations but no way to upload them. However, when the vines are being watered it is easy to see where the problems are.

| August 7, 2020 | Villages | Irrigation problem in Bordeaux Park. Flower bed along sidewalk on Latour is flooded and lawn is saturated in some areas.

| August 9, 2020 | Vineyards | It has been verified that poison bait has been placed in the vineyards near the hiking trail by Miwok and Tempranillo.
This is not acceptable as all the animals that will feed on poisoned carcasses would also likely be killed.
Golden eagles, red-tail hawks, kestrels, foxes and a whole host of other animals are directly threatened.
Put out cage traps if needed but please remove the poison ASAP.

| August 14, 2020 | Pool | The curtains in the Pool Cabanas are in very bad condition. The rollers and tracks that the curtains move on are broken or jammed.
I was rather shocked when I recently used a cabana and saw how ragged and shredded the curtains had become.
In general, the Club grounds, parking lots etc. are in the worst condition that I have seen in my 8+ years at Trilogy...

| August 14, 2020 | Landscape | 1619 CHIANTI LN - Drainage on vacant lot adjacent to us (PG & E easement) needs to be reworked. (More than a shovelful or two of dirt, I might add) When the irrigation sprinklers are left on excess water, instead of draining to the street, seeps under the block wall, floods the west portion of our lot and will continue to seep under our slab. A tree in our yard has already blown over due to supersaturated soil. Potential soil instability and resulting damage to our home exists. Excessive irrigation can be addressed; excessive winter rains cannot. It's 100 degrees now........soon it will be raining!

| August 17, 2020 | Landscape | At roughly 8:30 AM the last couple of days, there is the sound of a lot of water flowing under one of the rosemary shrubs in Miwok park. Haven't dug into the dense plant, but I'm guessing it is a drip that blew it's head off or undergrounded hosing since not a lot of water, just the sound of rushing water. I took a photo of which plant it is if you want me to email it to someone. If not, it's near the entrance off of Miwok near the gate (NOT the one off of Chianti). On right side as you enter, roughly 3rd plant in between walkway and gasline sign

| October 7, 2020 | Villages | Newly Resurfaced Road Damaged. While walking on Pinot Place today and noticed that a small section of the newly sealed road was damaged by a vehicle tire. This is in front of 1659 Pinot Place. You can see the tire mark has removed the sealant and the old road surface is visible. I don't know if this damage occurred because a vehicle drove on the road before the sealant had set, or the sealant was applied to thinly. While American Asphalt is still working in Trilogy I think it would be good for them to come and repair this issue.

| October 25, 2020 | Villages | Hello, the sidewalk is popping up and a tripping hazard on Miwok where it intersects Barbaresco, kind of near the corner. It's located on Miwok close to the corner kitty-corner to the park. You may want to spray it to alert seniors asap until it can be repaired. I took a photo if you have an email let me know and I can send.

| October 29, 2020 | Club | We are seeing more damage on lawns and believe we are seeing Farrell pigs tearing up lawns. I saw on Symphony street and also by the club house. I have some pictures I could send but dont see where to attach them.

| November 2, 2020 | Vineyards | 1. A large crack in the stucco and window separation. How do I get some colored stucco to patch (preferably) or get someone to patch?
2. Circuit breakers keep tripping. This has been happening since I moved in and have had someone come to fix them but it's never fixed.

| November 24, 2020 | Villages | Doggie waste bin is overflowing! Please check the stock of waste bags as well. I didn’t notice if that was empty. I reported the other trash bins needed emptying to Stacy yesterday. The large bins were emptied but the dog waste was not. Are these 2 separate maintenance issues? This is in Bordeaux Park. Thanks
