I have noticed another issue that needs attention soon and that is the cute rain collecting buckets attached to the gutters at the Wine Barn have come apart and many of the buckets I have found throughout the Wine Barn property. I have myself gathered them up and put them on the ground under each corner area where they are associated with but if we don't repair them soon they will be lost and then we would have to replace them entirely at additional cost.

| April 17, 2023 | Pool | One of the lane separators in the indoor pool is broken. The small metal hook at the "deep end" came off of the steel cable. It just needs a tiny cable clamp to reattach it. BTW, at the "shallow end", the apparatus to tighten and loosen the lane separator is frozen and has been for a long time. As a result, when the lane separator is removed, it's necessary to rotate and loosen the eyelet that screws into the side of the pool -- probably not a good long-term solution. The same apparatus on the other two late separators works well.

South east corner hillside. The fence is a wooden two rail fence from the park floor up the hillside (in/near the olive grove) to the back yards of the adjacent residences.
Tow rails are out of place needing repair.

| May 16, 2023 | Club | Last night (Monday), leaving the clubhouse at 9pm, none of the lights along the walking path just outside the clubhouse were on. It was very difficult to even find my way to the parking lot. Not sure if that's normal for a Monday as it's a slow day at the club, or if they weren't working. Thank-you.

| June 14, 2023 | Landscape | On July 17, 2022, I requested that bark be refreshed along the view fences for homes along Fiano Lane. This still has not been done, and I am getting a significant amount of spurge (low growing weed) in that area. On rare occasion Terra Care sprays the weeds that are 12 inches tall, but does nothing for the low growing spurge. I am tired of hand weeding. With permission, I will be happy to spray the weeds myself. Hand weeding has become overwhelming. Please address this issue soon.

| July 3, 2023 | Club | Noted there is a broken sconce light fixture at the vanity mirror in the women's locker room (left side when walking in, closest to the wall). Also noted the (2) vanity stools, as well as the cabinets themselves, especially where the swimsuit dryer is located, have seen better days.
