Lafite gate stuck open

Thanks for getting the Trilogy Parkway Lights by Olive trees in median turned back on.
On the same note can you have maintenance check the rest of those lights there a several burned out.
If you like I can check them one and tell which ones they are?

2 gates don't work (tried multiple times with several cards): golf cart gate between Rhone (Briones Valley Road) and Bordeaux. AND pedestrian gate into Rhone.

Fescue grass area on the slope at back of Bordeaux Park should be mowed. There are many patches that have gone to seed and can be hazardous to our dogs if they inhale them.

Lights out on steps to Mail Room for several days now

The hedges on the lower end of Trilogy Parkway (on the right side heading up to the clubhouse) were cut back very nicely as usual every year, but for some reason the gardeners stop about half way up the street every year. This has been going on for many years causing our hedges to not fill in as nicely as the ones below. I would like to request that the upper hedges receive the same maintenance as the lower hedges. Anyone can see the difference and where the maintenance is lacking. Please cut them back as soon as can reasonably be done. And, in the future please provide the same maintenance as the lower hedges on the street receive without my requesting it. Thank You.

At roughly 8:30 AM the last couple of days, there is the sound of a lot of water flowing under one of the rosemary shrubs in Miwok park. Haven't dug into the dense plant, but I'm guessing it is a drip that blew it's head off or undergrounded hosing since not a lot of water, just the sound of rushing water. I took a photo of which plant it is if you want me to email it to someone. If not, it's near the entrance off of Miwok near the gate (NOT the one off of Chianti). On right side as you enter, roughly 3rd plant in between walkway and gasline sign

Only one shower in the men's locker room is operational. One already has an out-of-order sign, but another (the one on the right) has no hot water. Also thanks for getting the swimsuit spinner working!

There are weeds that are totally overgrown in common area on symphony circle. It is the access to the olive orchard behind the exterior wall. (1525 Symphony Cir ) It looks horrible! There needs to be maintenance on this access area!

A number of plants, shrubs, and trees have died. Grasses are an eyesore. The dead hedges at the wine barn, the over watered olive trees, and the unsightly grasses at Miwok Park. The olive trees leading up to the club on Trilogy Parkway a number of the olive trees have been over watered and there is a standing accumulation of water under them of about 3 inches or more. If the situation is not quickly resolved, the olive trees will die. This not only means that they will need to be replaced, but also it will come at a cost which the homeowners will have to absorb. If you share my concerns, it is my hope that this information will spur you into action, and that you will write to both the HOA & the board.
