My husband and I have already cleared the fire lane between our house and the Neighbors house, which I feel we should have to do but have waited so long for it to be done.. these weeds make the place look, unkempt, and scruffy!

| August 23, 2025 | Villages | There is an issue with standing water and a buildup of algae along the street on Meritage Loop from the west end (1586 Meritage Loop) up to the storm drain between 1592 and 1594 Meritage Loop. This has been occurring yearly since the completion of some of the landscaping on the west side of the loop. It attracts pigeons, mice, and other creatures and is unsanitary. Something needs to be done about it.
I will pass this along to the HOA.

I just walked out of the Bordeaux pedestrian gate and in through the Sonoma pedestrian gate on my way to Firenze, and there is a problem with both. The pedestrian Bordeaux gate fails to latch automatically, and the pedestrian gate at Sonoma does not unlatch long enough to pull it open while it is being unlocked.

Robert: I adjusted the Bordeaux gate closing speed and latching. Tested it multiple times, now latches. The Sonoma gate needs an electronic striker. One is on order.

| September 25, 2024 | Gates | Right side of Latour gate has been in the open position multiple times when we try yo leave but when we drive up it opens fully for us to exit so we haven't reported anything. Today, however, John tried to leave after lunch to go back to work & he couldn't get out of Latour gate, had to back up & drive to St. Julien gate to leave. I didn't see that issue recently reported. Any idea when our Latour gate will be working like it is supposed to?

| March 3, 2026 | Wine Barn | I called Feb. 25 and left a message with facilities about the lights on the Wine Barn being left on 24/7 for days. I was very thankful that someone went there to turn them off within 3 hours of my report. Unfortunately, I had to call again on Feb. 27 as they were back on again. I'm not sure that anyone showed up then or not. As of Mar. 2 they were on and they are still on today, Mar. 3.

| November 3, 2026 | Gates | We discovered the gate to the vineyard road/walking path off Briones Valley Road is open (the road goes behind the homes along the upper end of Latour). The padlock has been missing for quite a while. A grey ATV has been using the path now and then in the early evening when there is no vineyard activity. It is important to those of us who live along the vineyard that the gate is kept closed and locked. Several of us along the road were robbed some years ago via access over our back fences.
This morning I drove up and checked out the gate that has been without a padlock and has been open for sometime and found that the gate is closed and has a lock on it.
