As of Sunday July 27th the hot tub is not hot at all, water is completely cold like the pool water. Absolutely NO heat. A few jets are not working at all, and really low pressure. I checked maintenance records and it says work was completed and that the heat and new pump was put in Feb and June. The hot tub is still not working correctly. Thanks

The heater has been replaced.

The curtains in the Pool Cabanas are in very bad condition. The rollers and tracks that the curtains move on are broken or jammed.
I was rather shocked when I recently used a cabana and saw how ragged and shredded the curtains had become.

In general, the Club grounds, parking lots etc. are in the worst condition that I have seen in my 8+ years at Trilogy...

I have been hearing that there is an ant problem when renting the Cabanas. The ants will come out of nowhere and swarm your food. It is most unappetizing. We are renting a cabana on Monday, July 5th and on Saturday, July 10th. Please address this pest problem so the Cabanas can be enjoyed. Thank You!

I rented a cabana yesterday for my grandkids. They were spraying for ants while we were there, thank you. Also I noticed the quality of the Cabana has diminished. The chairs and furniture inside are worn out, the curtains on the sides and back are missing, the TV is gone and wires hanging out on all the Cabanas. Is this work in progress as well? Will there be some updates soon? Is it possible to add a ceiling fan as well? Thank you for listening.

The interior window frame of the indoor pool has separated, raised several inches and has an exposed nail. Both sets of windows on this wall have peeling paint. The windows are facing the exterior sitting area adjacent to the Spa entrance doors.

11/28 I was swimming in the lap pool and could hear the jack hammer outside. Another swimmer say he thought he felt the vibrations. I hope the pool, etc. was not damaged due to it and our "soil."

Paint is chipped and laying at edge of pool entrance ladder. There is also a lot of black residue, mold?, along the drain areas in the tile that has rarely if ever been cleaned. Time is filthy there also. I have pictures , the area should be cleaned with maintance of pool area. Just needs a good scrubbing. I know the pool is part of litigation but that should not exclude daily or weekly cleaning of areas. It is gross!

There appears to be a water leak in the median where the large fountain is located at the foot of Trilogy Parkway. Water has been running onto the side of the street leading to the club for several days.

Water is constantly running along the sidewalk on Trilogy Parkway between the sidewalk and the ground cover/hedges. Water is most noticeable where the sidewalk curves right (when walking up from California Trail to Clubhouse).

I applaud your team for putting in the dog waster dispensers on Vineyard Parkway. I have seen several members picking up after their dogs. I noted for the last several days that there are no bags in the dispensers and when I walk, I see a lot of dog waste on the sidewalk, some already stepped in.....

1619 CHIANTI LN - The sodded vacant area (PG & E easement)adjacent to our lot at 1619 Chianti Ln. has been allowed to get very dry and brown. Apparently, in an attempt to revive it, sprinklers were turned on sometime in the morning of June 4 and allowed to run continuously until approx 10AM on June 5. This excessive watering over that amount of time caused the soil to become saturated and soft. Then the high winds of June 6 blew over a tree planted in our yard along the west wall bordering our lot. A grounds and maintenance crew needs to upright and stabilize the tree which is now at about a 30 degree cant from vertical. This needs to be done right away.

Of potentially greater concern is the fact that this unnaturally excessive water can seep under or slab/foundation and cause dynamic changes in the soil beneath resulting in structural damage to our home. And we certainly don't need any more of these issues here in Trilogy!

The Trees behind my home at 1627 Healing Rock Court which faces the Club Parking Lot are dying. They were originally YEW PINES like the others along that row of homes. My neighbor The Schwartz asked to have them removed and replaced with these bushes for more privacy. I never approved this removal but didn't want to cause any issues. BUT now that they are not doing well please have them removed and REPLANTED with the YEW PINES that were original planted when I purchased my home. Please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for reading this request.
