Maintenance Issue Reports

I was out walking this afternoon and noticed that the crosswalk lines at the intersection of Zinfandel and Chianti are crumbling. Similar issue for the crosswalk at Miwok and Barbaresco although it appears to be small sections missing rather than crumbling.

Several pavers in front of 1636 Healing Rock Ct are broken, missing or loose. They should be repaired to prevent damage to sub-base and failure of a larger area.

On the Pickleball courts there is a burnt bulb in one of the night flood lights. The one next to court 4 towards the center of the courts.
This issue prevents play on court 4 after dark.
Please correct as soon as possible.

At the pickleball courts, near court 4, the gate latch is loose. The part that attaches to the swinging gate has just one screw in it (ie one is missing); the gate post hole appears to be partially stripped so that this screw cannot be tightened. Thank you.

The net strap on Tennis Court #1 is worn and needs to be replaced.

As a workaround we swapped out our strap with the one from the unused net on the pickle ball court.

Can a new net strap be ordered for the net on Tennis Court #1?

The players can install the new strap once it arrives.

Clock at pickleball courts has stopped

It would help to have a ceilng fan installed on the pergola between the tennis and pickleball courts. There is electrical feed there and also the structure to hold the fan. This would add to the comfort and health of the players and guests during the extreme summer months. Thanks from Alan Cezar

The lock is not working on the shed - maybe just needing the battery to be replaced. Located behind tennis court #2.

Clock at pickleball courts is running slow. This morning (Friday) it was 10 minutes behind.

Robert: A new battery was installed.

Several of the electrical outlets at the tennis and pickleball courts don't work. We need them to work for special events to aid in food and beverage service, and potentially to help dry and clean the courts. Please restore all outlets near the shade structure between the tennis and pickleball courts to a functioning level.

Robert: I have created a work order for these repairs.
The parts are in and we will start the outlet replacement .

Tennis courts lights on at 6:00AM. Why?

On one of the benches between pickleball and tennis courts there is a bolt missing on the seat. So the seat falls through. We turned it upside down on the grass.
