The Magnolia trees surrounding the round-about at the club entrance appear stressed. Leaves are beginning to yellow and fall. I notice this is the location where artificial turf was recently installed over the tree roots. When the sprinklers to the previous lawn were disconnected for the turf, was there a water source installed to feed the trees?

The lawn by the Bocce Park hasn't been mowed for over a month. This condition is more than an eye sore as allergy season is upon us. Also. the Contra Costa Fire Protection District has notified us to keep our grasses mowed to less than 3 inches because of fire risks. The grass is over 12 inches high.

The Latour exit gate continues to periodically remain open after a car drives through then when it closes it beeps and remains open until the next car drives through then the gate will close. I know this sounds weird but we were walking home and stood at the open Latour exit gate and observed this in progress

The keypad for the gate in the wrought iron fence at the end of Barsac Court is not working. I entered the code - 1443 right? - multiple times on different days and nothing happened. Tried the handle and it would not open. Maybe it is operator error but I walked on to Viognier Court, entered the same code, and it worked fine. Maybe someone could check it? Thanks!

music: can you limit spa music to the spa area? the women's locker area has current music playing from the lounge and crying whales and pan flutes from other speakers.

The internet and wifi connection in the Wine Barn is down. Looks like it went down at 5:55am this morning (12/5/25). Without an internet connection we can not remotely control the vineyard/orchard irrigation system. Thankfully this is not a problem right now as we have the watering in the vineyards and orchards turned off for the winter.

The interior window frame of the indoor pool has separated, raised several inches and has an exposed nail. Both sets of windows on this wall have peeling paint. The windows are facing the exterior sitting area adjacent to the Spa entrance doors.

The indoor lap pool continues to be exceeding warm. It is not healthy to have to work out in warm temperatures. This is a lap pool not a recreational pool like the outdoor pool. It is meant to be a place where swimmers exercise and work out. Who does one speak to about changing the temperature?

Last night was the latest, reported to me by my neighbor Jack.

The HOA side of the wood fence on the vineyard trail-head adjacent to 1701 Zinfandel needs to be re-stained. The old stain is peeling and bare wood is exposed. Diving on Miwok, I noticed another HOA wood fence on the eastern hillside also appears to be in need of new stain. Perhaps there should be a schedule for HOA fence maintenance if one doesn't already exist.
