| June 22, 2022 | Villages | I live at 1966 Sacred Mountain Lane, due to construction at the models and empty lots, there is excessive dirt (mud) in the gutters in front of my house. I watch the construction staff clean up and wash down the street and gutters leaving a nice clean look; however, they wash this dirt down to my home leaving a mess in front of my house. Not sure what can be done to ensure this does not continue to happen or provide regular cleanup in front of our homes.

| August 13, 2023 | Villages | Security gate end of Viognier Ct. The latch (I reported before as being unsafe due to sharp corner edges) has a screw(s) coming loose and blocking the gate from opening and closing. Pretty sure this is the cause, score marks are on the gate at the same place where screws are attached to the metal ence.

| October 3, 2025 | Villages | The vacant lot next to our home at 1619 Chianti Ln. has a SERIOUS water drainage problem that needs IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. In 2020 a similar problem existed and it was NOT promptly taken care of resulting in flooding of our side yard and trees that had become uprooted (wind) because of supersaturated soils. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN AGAIN!! Thank you for your immediate attention.

| August 23, 2025 | Villages | There is an issue with standing water and a buildup of algae along the street on Meritage Loop from the west end (1586 Meritage Loop) up to the storm drain between 1592 and 1594 Meritage Loop. This has been occurring yearly since the completion of some of the landscaping on the west side of the loop. It attracts pigeons, mice, and other creatures and is unsanitary. Something needs to be done about it.
I will pass this along to the HOA.

| November 21, 2025 | Villages | Many of the newly planted young trees along Miwok and Chianti plus lower Miwok park are not securely anchored to the stakes in an upright position and are bending over due to the wind. This seems to be an ongoing repetitive issue. These are young trees and need appropriate support to keep them growing in an upright position until they are old enough to stand straight on their own. The current method of anchoring these trees apparently is not working. Please don't let these beautiful trees become like the terribly slanted tree located on Zinfandel at the entrance to the vineyard (next door to my house).
