| July 21, 2026 | Villages | This is my second report of large cracks on upper Gamay Lane of Bordeaux village our home. The crack has gotten wider since my last message. Does not appear that the company hired did not completely fill the cracks from the original repair. There are quite a few road cracks in the upper Gamay Lane. When can we expect this to be repaired properly?
Thank you
Best

| August 7, 2023 | Club | In the Komei room there's a floor mirror against the wall. This mirror is not secured to the wall, therefore it will fall on people if anyone bumps into it or moves it by accident. It has fallen on us a couple of times. Perhaps it could be secured to the wall in some way.

| June 10, 2025 | Landscape | A number of trees have died on Trilogy Parkway across from the Porto gate and need to be replaced. Have spoken to the HOA and gardeners but to no avail. Situation has been on going for about two years. Perhaps an irrigation issue? Not a good look as people drive up to the club.

| July 27, 2024 | Landscape | The recent addition of rocks and boulders to the landscape medians in front of 1101 Lafite Court resulted in the work crew breaking the water pipe which waters half of the landscaping on the 1101 Lafite Court side of the golf cart path. I immediately notified the HOA (Jayme Walls) and received a response that the mattewr would be attended to. Now, after several months much of the landscaping is dying or dead and the problem has not been addressed. Likewise, the automatic sprinkler system for this area has not worked for over 5 years, which has facilitated myself and the gardener for 1101 Lafite Court to manually turn on the irrigation system every week.
Dozens of plants have now died and numerous other plants are threatened. I can't imagine why this matter has not been fixed as I have been alerting Mr. Walls and other Trilogy employees for several years. My Neighbor Dennis Reynolds asked for me to advise of his dissatisfaction with the manner these repairs have been ignored. I am also notifying the property managers Nacny and Patrick Lewis of this most unfortunate situation. The landscape employee who previously checked on the sprinkler system was not fluent in english and stated that he did not know how to fix the control boxes, but true to your word he came out and looked at the boxes for a minute or two and shook his head and left.

| December 1, 2025 | Gates | The Solera Pedestrian Gate is not working correctly.
The Key FOB Receiver light turns from red to green, but the mechanical lock does not click open.
So the work-around for some residents has been to prop the gate open when they leave.
This practice defeats the purpose of even having gates, so could you please have maintenance look at it?
Robert: The vendor for the gates will be here Weds and Thursday.

| July 26, 2024 | Landscape | Please, please, please check the sprinklers at the upper end of Miwok Park. This is my third request for someone to actually run the sprinklers and look for the problem of no water pressure getting to the grass. The grass cannot withstand 100+ degree days and very little, if any water. One sprinkler line was on today, but only one sprinkler at the end was working. My requests are marked In Progress, but nothing seems to change.

| April 9, 2025 | Villages | The olive grove path running from St Emilion lane to the Bordeaux Park is in need of maintenance. The weeds are growing across the entire path in spots, eventually, there will be no path!! The area of mud is still there, I suppose with the warmer weather it will turn to dust!! I was told that that issue would be addressed in January. The path desperately needs new gravel and weed removal. There is also serious overgrowth between the Olive trees. Many of these weeds are grasses that have spikes that are dangerous for our dogs. Please see photos

| February 28, 2026 | Villages | I wanted to let you know that while I was walking the other day I noticed a big bush growing out of the storm drain in front of 1811 Moscato Place.
It looks like an Oleander, which is quite hardy and can get quite large, it is already taking up a good amount of space within the storm drain. It should be addressed as soon as possible so it is easier to remove.
The more established the roots get the bigger the issue will be to get it out of there. If they just cut it off, it will regrow still fuller down in the storm drain, which could be very problematic when we get rain again.
Thank you in advance for taking care of this issue.
