Maintenance Issue Reports

The racing clock that sits on the floor of the indoor pool has stopped working. Batteries, maybe? 🙂 thank you

The Porto entry gate continues to be open. This has been reported before, but we need a permanent fix. This is a safety issue to have our gate open all the time.

The person I was shooting pool with has come down with COVID, so I'd suggest someone clean the pool balls.

The pedestrian gate/door into Bordeaux at Latour is missing a straight piece of metal that closed off the space near the decorative filigree (we saw the piece on the ground next to the gate 2 days ago) and because it is gone you can now effectively put your hand through from the outside and reach down to the knob on the inside and let yourself into the community.

The pedestrian gate on Latour will not open

The pedestrian gate entering Tuscany at Solera does not work with key card. The sensor turns green and beeps but does not unlock the gate.

The pedestrian gate at the west end of the club does not stay latched when you attempt to close it. The gate I'm referring to is near the lawn area where special events are held and near where garbage bins for the restaurant are located. It has a numbered key pad - not activated by a swipe card - and it opens up to the sidewalk on Vineyards Parkway.

The pedestrian gate at Solera Street does not close properly. The spring needs to be adjusted or replaced. It does not generate enough force to close the gate. This is more apparent when it is cold outdoors.

The pedestrian gate access at the Solera Gate in Tuscany does not work - hasn't worked for a while and many others have this issue as well. (I haven't tried it today - in case this was something you've alread fixed).

12.31.24 Thank you for reporting this. The card reader failed and a new unit has been ordered. ETA for part to arrive and be installed is this Friday.

The parkway artificial grass in front of 1629 Zinfandel is badly damaged. It appears to have been scorched/burned by something extremely hot. The turf is melted.

The olive grove path running from St Emilion lane to the Bordeaux Park is in need of maintenance. The weeds are growing across the entire path in spots, eventually, there will be no path!! The area of mud is still there, I suppose with the warmer weather it will turn to dust!! I was told that that issue would be addressed in January. The path desperately needs new gravel and weed removal. There is also serious overgrowth between the Olive trees. Many of these weeds are grasses that have spikes that are dangerous for our dogs. The new paint on top of the sound wall caps is peeling off badly along the side of our house (left side of Latour gate). We can’t tell how many caps are affected but at least a few look like there are leaves 🍁 on top of the cap but when you look closer the “leaves” are paint peels so they aren’t blowing away in the wind. Haven’t gone out to look at the back wall on Vineyards pkwy.
