Maintenance Issue Reports

The sprinkler controller at the Lafite Court golf cart path leading to Rhone village (common planting area) has been inoperable for several years. I have previously reported the issue, as did Michael Wolfe prior to his death. Unfortunately, after years of neglect many plants have died and/or withered away. Please have someone inspect our irrigation system here at the end of Lafite Court and repair the sprinkler controllers. I manually turn the system on for my side (in front of 1100 Lafite) at least once a week, as does the gardener for my neighbor at 1101 Lafite Court. However, when we are away for several weeks the vegetation suffers immensely, particularly in the summer months.

One of the two newly planted young purple flowering trees at Miwok Park needs to be re-secured at its support pole. It has broken loose from the top tie and bending over. If not secured, the tree will not grow straight. I noticed this driving by and did not stop to take a photo.

Water is overflowing from the landscaping into the street, on he Latour side near the 1st house.

On July 4, I asked for landscape maintenance and I see it is listed as "In progress". Absolutely nothing has changed in the large areas of dry and dead grass. The sprinklers are coming on with a foot and a half coverage which doesn't begin to cover the dry areas. How much do we have to lose before someone actually comes to see the lack of water pressure for the grass at the North end of Miwok Park?

Please, please, please check the sprinklers at the upper end of Miwok Park. This is my third request for someone to actually run the sprinklers and look for the problem of no water pressure getting to the grass. The grass cannot withstand 100+ degree days and very little, if any water. One sprinkler line was on today, but only one sprinkler at the end was working. My requests are marked In Progress, but nothing seems to change.

The sprinklers are lower Miwok park at running evening, morning, and even mid day. You can hardly use the park.

Same leak I've reported before. Now I wonder if it could be exacerbated by the tractor during vineyard maintenance. It's below the vineyard behind Frascati, between poles #60-70, near the shiny aluminum metal band on the pole near 70. You can see the moss that's grown on the little puddle. There's a little black circle of open water without moss that to me looks like it's coming from the real source of the water. It's the only wet patch of green at the bottom of the hill.

If it's a spring or something you don't care about, please let me know so I stop reporting it.

At 7:16pm, I witnessed the right-side exit gate for Latour Gate stick open. At the same time, there was a distinctive beeping sound from the gate system. When a vehicle entered the Latour gate, the stuck gate and the entry gates closed at the same time.

Irrigation leak at Meritage Park in Tuscany. Water has been flowing for several days across from the houses 1600 Meritage loop. The ground is super saturated with water and has been flowing down to the drain for a few weeks.

Porto entry gate is broken-stays open will not close

A section of the recently repainted wall cap in my back yard has the paint peeling off again. This is the same section that had already been repainted by the painter (see the ticket I opened on January 18th. The painter did come out and repaint the peeling section, but the paint is coming off again). Clearly the painter did not adequately prep the wall cap before painting.... twice. I'm happy to do the work correctly on my own if the HOA can provide me a pint or quart of the correct paint. I can provide a picture if you like.
