Maintenance Issue Reports

The caution tape on the sidewalk on Trilogy Parkway opposite the Porto gate is again peeling even thought it was repaired a week or so ago.

Robert: We will re-apply. Sprinklers are wetting the area.

Mailroom door not latching closed on it’s own.

The entry gate to the club from Vineyards Parkway does not close and does not accept the entry code.

Robert: A new closer has been installed

Bottle fill on gym drinking fountain does not work. Reported several times. Facilities reset it, it works temporarily and then stops working. At some point says on read out 'clear bottle fill area'.

The locks on the piano wheels do not appear to lock. Tonight I asked Jason to take a look - he tried several position of the levers on the two piano cart wheels and the wheels did not appear to lock in any position. The Vineyard Singers concert is on Tuesday - it would be great if the wheel locks could work by then. Thanks.

Robert: This has been fixed

There are two different audio tracks playing in the men’s locker room; one in the poker table area and the other in the rest of the locker room. I realize this is not a major problem, but thought it best to bring to someone’s attention nonetheless. Thanks.

The bottle-fill function on the gym drinking fountain has been broken since May.

I submitted a written report at the gym in May, and the maintenance sheet stated that parts were ordered on May 29. Since then, I have requested updates on that sheet several times, but none have been provided.

Yesterday, I spoke with Pria at the concierge desk. She checked the records and found that the repair had been reported as completed in May. That information is incorrect. The bottle filler was not fixed and still does not work.

Facilities has reset the unit more than once. Each time, it worked only once or twice and had stopped working again by the following day. Clearly, resetting it is not a repair.

Please have Facilities correct the inaccurate record, determine what repair or replacement is actually required, and provide a specific status update and expected completion date. After more than two months, this should not remain unresolved without any explanation.

Walkway up to Club, been this way for over a year!!
Hi Michael, we are in the process with the HOA to purchase a grinding machine as there will more issue in the future. this will allow use to take of issues quickly. thank you for your patience.

The ADA restroom in the Clubhouse ladies room needs some facilities attention. The lighting is low light, ie darker. I think the light is burning out or something. The toilet keeps running longer than usual when we flush it. I finallly got it to stop running by jiggling the flush nob. The door to enter is warped and requires the full force of my body to open it. I helped a person open it to get in and waited til she was finished to let her out.

May want to check

An announcement was sent out to members a while back that the "back" patio door in the gym by the treadmills was to be locked at all times. A sign was placed on the glass door referencing this policy. Now however, the sign has been removed from the door, and the door is regularly unlocked when I use the gym on a daily basis .

This policy was put into place for added security, and to prevent unauthorized non-member access to the gym, pool, and other facilities. Who changed this important policy, and why wasn't there a notification sent out to members, if it has been reversed?

The lat machine (pull down) in the gym no longer tracks reps/sets with the technogym key.
