Robert: Mark the stalls are to be blacked out when the paving contractor comes back to do the top sealant coat. The contractor is waiting for a full week of dry weather with appropriate temp to aide drying.

I’m not really sure this is a problem, but we do have residents with compromised vision, so it may be for some. Thank you.

| July 5, 2026 | Club | The up lights under the two Magnolia trees out from the event entrance parallel to the parking lot as well as the one on the opposite of the circle in the same position. These have been burned out pretty much since we have lived here six plus years.

| March 3, 2026 | Club | Can the upper shades in the gym be closed during the early morning hours please? Or if they are not working, can they manually be closed? The sunlight is literally blinding and with people’s varying compromised vision/eye health issues, this is a real problem. Thank you.
Robert: The wall controller is having a bit of an issue. I will make it my task to go in the morning and lower daily, until corrected.

Tonight I asked Jason to take a look - he tried several position of the levers on the two piano cart wheels and the wheels did not appear to lock in any position. The Vineyard Singers concert is on Tuesday - it would be great if the wheel locks could work by then. Thanks.

| September 29, 2019 | Club | An announcement was sent out to members a while back that the "back" patio door in the gym by the treadmills was to be locked at all times. A sign was placed on the glass door referencing this policy. Now however, the sign has been removed from the door, and the door is regularly unlocked when I use the gym on a daily basis .
This policy was put into place for added security, and to prevent unauthorized non-member access to the gym, pool, and other facilities. Who changed this important policy, and why wasn't there a notification sent out to members, if it has been reversed?
