| May 11, 2025 | Club | Any idea when the TV’’s will be fixed on the gym equipment this time. Seems to me, it goes out frequently. Why not really address the issue. Stop putting bandaids on the problem & invest in a solution.
06/04/25 The Direct TV technician has been working on this for weeks now. As it is taking so long, we contacted ClubCare who is reaching out to Technogym to check and see if the machines can be set up to stream T.V.. We will update here as we get answers, hopefully today/this week. Thank you, and apologies for the delays in with getting this fixed.

| May 18, 2025 | Landscape | The removable Bollards at the vineyard entrance located on Zinfandel Drive are out of the ground holes and lying horizontally on the ground. I almost stepped in one of the holes while walking. Without the bollards in place, traffic is allowed to enter the vineyard and it is a safety hazard to people walking on the trail. I tried to put one back into the hole, but it was way too heavy for me to lift.

| June 8, 2025 | Landscape | There is a gopher in the northeast corner of Meritage Park. It is killing all the shrubs.
1. The gopher needs to be removed.
2. Gophers go after grubs that live near roots. The shrubs and surrounding soil need to be sprayed with insecticide.

| June 10, 2025 | Landscape | A number of trees have died on Trilogy Parkway across from the Porto gate and need to be replaced. Have spoken to the HOA and gardeners but to no avail. Situation has been on going for about two years. Perhaps an irrigation issue? Not a good look as people drive up to the club.

| July 1, 2025 | Tennis / Pickleball Court | It would help to have a ceilng fan installed on the pergola between the tennis and pickleball courts. There is electrical feed there and also the structure to hold the fan. This would add to the comfort and health of the players and guests during the extreme summer months. Thanks from Alan Cezar

| July 7, 2025 | Club | So tired of lame excuses. Fix the TV’s on aerobic equipment in the gym. We have been more than patient. Think we’re into the 4th month of no service. It seems the issue has been swept under the rug.

If Trilogy is only able to view one channel, can we rotate through the different ones listed? I've seen enough golf to last me a lifetime. But seriously, why are we unable to watch all the TV channels listed on the screen?

| August 13, 2025 | Club | The two benches in the men’s locker room are very dirty and stained. Not only is this hygienically unsafe, it presents a bad appearance. Is there a way to hose/scrub them down? Thank you.
Reply: We scrub them down and clean them a few times a week. We are in the process of replacing with a more easily sanitized bench.

I called in a month ago and talked with Megan who said it is a Terracare problem. It still has not been done and it is a fire hazard. The road was mowed but the fence was not whacked this year.

| October 3, 2025 | Villages | The vacant lot next to our home at 1619 Chianti Ln. has a SERIOUS water drainage problem that needs IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. In 2020 a similar problem existed and it was NOT promptly taken care of resulting in flooding of our side yard and trees that had become uprooted (wind) because of supersaturated soils. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN AGAIN!! Thank you for your immediate attention.
