| December 12, 2022 | Club | It would be nice if management would routinely make rounds & see what needs attention in the clubhouse. I routinely frequent the gym. The TV on one of the elliptical machines has been broken for quite a while, now a 2nd machine has the same issue. We are down to one functional machine.
Also, one of the sinks in the ladies room has standing water pooled in the basin. It seems the stopper doesn’t stay up.
Please check the facility & provide the services you are contracted to provide.

| January 18, 2023 | Club | Outside of the spa area is a small sitting area with 2 double seats and 2 tables. The cement in that area has a large stain of spilt food or drink or something that has been there a long time. Can the area be hosed off? The spa itself is immaculate, but this area looks terrible and is the first thing you see when coming to the spa. Thank you so much.

| January 19, 2023 | Club | Is it possible to relocate the Pilates items to another section of the gym? It seems the items are increasing & they now take up a quarter to a half of the relatively small floor workout area. I use the gym a lot & have rarely seen anyone use this stuff & those of us who want to do floor exercises are left scrambling for another spot. At best, 1-2 people can use the mat with all that stuff there. Today another big box was added.
I have spoken with other gym regulars who feel the same.

Also. the Contra Costa Fire Protection District has notified us to keep our grasses mowed to less than 3 inches because of fire risks. The grass is over 12 inches high.

| December 26, 2024 | Bocce Court | Happy Holiday! Not urgent but the bathroom at the Bocce courts needs cleaning. I tried to tidy it up yesterday (paper towels on the floor, even gave the toilet a scrub but you need a new brush there and there was no cleaning product.). There is toilet paper but I couldn't figure out how to put it on the holder. Paper towels are out as well. Thanks very much.
