Maintenance Issue Reports

The dumpster by the sales office is overflowing and has been in that state for some time. I can send a picture if it helps. Someone has also piled up multiple garbage bags in front of the dumpster (about 8-10 bags) which I suspect has prevented the routine pickup of the dumpster by the garbage truck. I walk my dog by that area about once a week and I'd guess this pile of trash has been there for several weeks. Now the critters have gotten into the bags laying on the ground and made a mess. Can someone PLEASE properly dispose of the garbage bags on the ground and get the dumpster picked up?

The abdominal crunch machine in the gym is very squeaky. Other than this being annoying, it may mean it needs servicing. Just an FYI.

Monument Sign going up to the club. The stack stones on the sign have fallen and have been laying there for serval weeks?!

The mail room door that leads to the outside of the building needs to be refinished or repainted.

The shampoo dispenser in the middle shower stall in the men’s locker room is broken. The syphon seems have come detached from the pump. I checked and the container is about 2/3 full. Thanks.

Right faucet in women's restroom either doesn't turn on or is very slow to respond to touchless motion detector.

Parking lot lights on steps leading to second level parking not working.

It would be nice if management would routinely make rounds & see what needs attention in the clubhouse. I routinely frequent the gym. The TV on one of the elliptical machines has been broken for quite a while, now a 2nd machine has the same issue. We are down to one functional machine.
Also, one of the sinks in the ladies room has standing water pooled in the basin. It seems the stopper doesn’t stay up.
Please check the facility & provide the services you are contracted to provide.

Outside of the spa area is a small sitting area with 2 double seats and 2 tables. The cement in that area has a large stain of spilt food or drink or something that has been there a long time. Can the area be hosed off? The spa itself is immaculate, but this area looks terrible and is the first thing you see when coming to the spa. Thank you so much.

Strong natural gas odor in the breezeway between Club Los Meganos and the Spa this morning while entering the gym.

I just wanted to thank you and the contractor who was here yesterday servicing the gym equipment. He was very thorough. Kudos to you for keeping the equipment safe.
