Maintenance Issue Reports

My wife and I live at 1750 Chardonnay Court. Every day I walk our dog on the "ridge" next to our house which has a lot of olive trees. These trees have historically been very healthy. However, this year I've noticed that several of the trees are doing something I've not seen before. One tree has leaves that are are turning yellow and dropping lots of leaves (in one location so far) but other trees have also started to have yellow leaves at other locations, but not has much as the first one. We have lived here since 2014 and not experienced this before. Should I be worried about the health of these trees? Maybe someone should come and look at them??? I would be happy to have someone come by my house so I could show it to them. (BTW, we will be out of town beginning on June 2, so it would be good if someone could come by before then and I'll be happy to point out my concern.) We really like the trees, they've added much beauty to the area. We don't want to lose them. P.S. We often have other people who walk their dogs along the ridge too. I'm sure they would appreciate healthy trees too!

My card does not open the sidewalk Solera gate. When I can scan the card it beeps and the light turns green but the latch does not open when the lever is pushed down. I have tried this several times and it works occasionally. I can use the card to open the car gate.

Miwok gates not working. Beeping loudly! Entrance side is half open. Large vehicles cannot get in, i.e. emergency vehicles! Exit side stuck open.

Middle shower stall in men’s locker room has clogged drain

Many of the newly planted young trees along Miwok and Chianti plus lower Miwok park are not securely anchored to the stakes in an upright position and are bending over due to the wind. This seems to be an ongoing repetitive issue. These are young trees and need appropriate support to keep them growing in an upright position until they are old enough to stand straight on their own. The current method of anchoring these trees apparently is not working. Please don't let these beautiful trees become like the terribly slanted tree located on Zinfandel at the entrance to the vineyard (next door to my house).

Main entrance gate to Tuscany squeaks loudly when opening 24 hours a day. This has been reported continually for the past couple of weeks.

Mailroom outside door not fully latching again. First reported in July.
