Maintenance Issue Reports

Last night (Monday), leaving the clubhouse at 9pm, none of the lights along the walking path just outside the clubhouse were on. It was very difficult to even find my way to the parking lot. Not sure if that's normal for a Monday as it's a slow day at the club, or if they weren't working. Thank-you.

The air conditioning in the card rooms is still not functioning. It has been 3 weeks and still no remedy. Luckily, it has been a cool June.

Noted there is a broken sconce light fixture at the vanity mirror in the women's locker room (left side when walking in, closest to the wall). Also noted the (2) vanity stools, as well as the cabinets themselves, especially where the swimsuit dryer is located, have seen better days. Is there a scheduled timeline for replacement of these items? Thank you! Celeste Storrs

Apparently there is no shower gel in men’s locker room showers, nor has there been for a few days.

In the Komei room there's a ceiling light out. It's near the door to the outside.

In library room, two bulbs out, just over chess tables..
Requested front desk to contact maintenance 3 times
within last week….someone referred me to this sight…
Please change bulbs (“LOW HANGING FRIUT”)

The shower curtains in the men’s locker room are really moldy on the inside of the showers. They need to be cleaned or replaced. Thank you!

2 Problems:

1) In the gym by the mirrors where the Pilates table is and all the floor exercise is done there have been ants crossing the mats for weeks. The ants make it uncomfortable to do floor exercise.

2) Also, all 3 elliptical machines that the monitors are in operable. The machines need service.

When I advised the SAWA spa staff they keep assuring me that both problems are being handled, but it's been weeks. So I submit this report on Sept 18th, just to properly go through channels with a date marker.

Lights in the Tower Entry to the Event Center. Most are burned out again! Is the only time these are looked at is when I say something?
I thought there was crew that went around and checked lights?!

Electrical cord to the Arm Curl machine in the gym is damaged/cut. This prevents powering the equipment, so that the display unit records reps or tracks usage.

The Event Center needs to be cleaned. The floors are slippery and dirty. The window sills are also dirty
