Entrance to person gate next to fire exit for Barossa has not been working for atleast two months. When can we expect resolution?

SINKHOLE: Sonoma Gate Roundabout

There is potential sinkhole developing(?) at the Sonoma Gate roundabout. Its is between the center ring around the garden and the asphalt. Located on the left as you exit the gate approching Vineyards Parkway stop sign.

Probably a good idea to check it out before Sonoma reseal.

When a visitor at the Porto gate enters my 4-digit code and presses CALL, the kiosk immediately gets my Verizon voicemail greeting. My iPhone never rings and the call does not appear in my Recent Calls.
However, calls to my iPhone from my landline work normally.
This happens when I am home or away from home.
This has been happening for several weeks. hi Robert, i just checked with my phone and is working fine. the number that will show up on your phone is 925-293-2541. can you please make sure this number isn't blocked. thank you

Best to fix this as soon as possible
Looks like there was an attempt to bootleg fix it last time, but that was poorly done.

The exit street gates continue to be a problem for my tricycle and others leaving the community; Sonoma, Bordeaux (both exit gates), Tuscany (both exit gates). I ride my tricycle daily and when leaving those gates I ride in a circle on the spots that appear have the sensors, to now avail. I have to wait for a gate to open and more often than not it is the entrance gate that opens when a car enters. This should not be the way I have to exit the community. My trike is made of Chromoly Steel, a very heavy body (85lbs). Please adjust the sensor or whatever needs to be adjusted. I know the contractor has been working on the gates and I know that the gates before the streets were sealed and resealed recognized my trike. Please fix.

Porto neighbors have asked me to request help with an outbound gate issue. Unlike other Trilogy at the Vineyards villages, Porto's exit gate does not open when small vehicles like motorcycles, e-bicycles, bicycles and golf carts approach to exit. We need a way to get the gate open. (Walking through the pedestrian gate is unsafe and awkward. Our gate fobs are of no use inside the village.)

The gate going out of Trilogy on Zinfandel is not working correctly. Only half of it opens and you can get through, but it is tight. That side of the gate has been working very slowly.

Latour entry gates stuck open

The pedestrian gate that allows access from the Montepulciano Vineyard into Bordeaux at Barsac Court is not working. Entering the code does not unlock the gate.
