Latour entry gate is stuck open

Latour entrance gate is remaining open.

Latour auto entrance gate stuck open, and the Latour pedestrian gate is still not closing securely.

Last night (Monday), leaving the clubhouse at 9pm, none of the lights along the walking path just outside the clubhouse were on. It was very difficult to even find my way to the parking lot. Not sure if that's normal for a Monday as it's a slow day at the club, or if they weren't working. Thank-you.

Lafite Golf cart gate locked in open position

Lafite gate malfunctioning again. Resident reports the right side exit gate from Lafite Ct is now stuck open, since early Sunday afternoon.
