It's been this way for quite some time, and was reported originally on 5/20. The status on that report states that the item is "completed", but it definitely is not. Please revisit this.
Correct, it was updated incorrectly and has since been placed back under "in progess" status. We will update again when we get the repair date set. Thank you

The pedestrian gate is still not closing despite recent attempts to fix the problem. The hinge plate at the top right of the gate is not flush with the wall by a fraction of an inch.

A few jets are not working at all, and really low pressure. I checked maintenance records and it says work was completed and that the heat and new pump was put in Feb and June. | August 23, 2025 | Villages | There is an issue with standing water and a buildup of algae along the street on Meritage Loop from the west end (1586 Meritage Loop) up to the storm drain between 1592 and 1594 Meritage Loop. This has been occurring yearly since the completion of some of the landscaping on the west side of the loop. It attracts pigeons, mice, and other creatures and is unsanitary. Something needs to be done about it.
I will pass this along to the HOA.
