There is no water pressure in a jacuzzi. Very weak stream coming from an opening.

The pickleball court gate latch stayed tight for a long time with the new screws. Unfortunately, it’s loose again.

As of Sunday July 27th the hot tub is not hot at all, water is completely cold like the pool water. Absolutely NO heat. A few jets are not working at all, and really low pressure. I checked maintenance records and it says work was completed and that the heat and new pump was put in Feb and June. The hot tub is still not working correctly. Thanks

Latour exit gate stuck open now, 2:33pm, 5 + minutes

Cold water fountain at Bocce Courts has algae
growing in supply inlet, which is also restricting
water flow. HEALTH HAZARD!

Latour Ave. out gate is stick open again and making noises.

There is an issue with standing water and a buildup of algae along the street on Meritage Loop from the west end (1586 Meritage Loop) up to the storm drain between 1592 and 1594 Meritage Loop. This has been occurring yearly since the completion of some of the landscaping on the west side of the loop. It attracts pigeons, mice, and other creatures and is unsanitary. Something needs to be done about it.

I will pass this along to the HOA.

Shea Homes is the governing office and has investigated the issue. A corrective action has been put in place.

The Group Exercise Studio needs to be cleaned. The mirrors, floor, equipment, and mats.

Latour exit gate is stuck open again

Showers in ladies’ locker room by the pool are barely lukewarm.

Robert: Water heater work was completed

On the gazebo between the pickleball courts and tennis courts, the fabric shade material has come loose - and is flapping in the breeze. Thanks!

St Julien entrance gate remains open

The swimming suit spin dryer in the men's locker room is not working.

Robert: I tested a few times, and it works. Another member used it while I was there, and it worked for him.
