2) On the same side of the parking lot, as you would exit, is a wooden fence that is bleached white. It needs some wood oil.
3) Actually, that entire edge of the parking area that borders above the rear of Healing Rock homes is very neglected. Plants are suffering. Need water and/or replanting.

4) The space between the tennis courts and the former sales office has weeds that are knee-high or taller.

This is something that should be on the landscapers annual list of maintenance tasks in early spring.

| June 27, 2026 | Landscape | Oak trees along Vineyards Pkwy - starting at St. Julien entrance and ending at NE entrance to Monte Rosa park - were recently trimmed by the city, I assume. However, no one picked up the tree debris. They are laying all over the plants. I moved some of them onto a utility cover (see attached picture) but there's lots more all over the plants along the sidewalk.

It looks like it’s all along the area by the fence isn’t getting water. A few weeds have gotten large. Please have our Trilogy Landscaping company look into replacing the dead plants on e the weather turns a bit cooler.

| September 13, 2026 | Landscape | About a year ago, I reported that the backlight to the TRILOGY monument sign at the development entrance sign on the left side of the Vineyards Parkway past John Muir Parkway was burned out. It is still burned out. Please have maintenance staff address the issue.
