There was also a leak near the park that had already been called in when I found it. At 7:45 this evening, I was out in my backyard ( which is right off the trail between Riesling Circle and Barbaressco), and water was streaming down the vineyard hill.
I took pictures, but am unable to load them. When my husband gets home, we'll try to send the pics.

06/04/25: We cleared the programming on the thermostat. It will no longer go to 85 degrees; we'll keep checking it, but it should be and stay comfortable in there.

| June 11, 2025 | Gates | The pedestrian gate at Solera and Vineyards (entrance to Tuscany) is misaligned and does not close. It's been this way for quite some time, and was reported originally on 5/20. The status on that report states that the item is "completed", but it definitely is not. Please revisit this.
Correct, it was updated incorrectly and has since been placed back under "in progess" status. We will update again when we get the repair date set. Thank you

The pedestrian gate is still not closing despite recent attempts to fix the problem. The hinge plate at the top right of the gate is not flush with the wall by a fraction of an inch.
