| June 30, 2026 | Vineyards | Same major vineyard leak as a few weeks ago. The fellows repaired that and it’s leaking again. It’s in the vineyards behind the middle of Moscato and there’s several smaller leaks along the way, but the major leak runs past at least three or four houses on Moscato. They can’t miss it if they drive behind Moscato. I reported the same leak several weeks ago.
I submitted a similar photo a few weeks ago.

| August 12, 2024 | Vineyards | Same leak I've reported before. Now I wonder if it could be exacerbated by the tractor during vineyard maintenance. It's below the vineyard behind Frascati, between poles #60-70, near the shiny aluminum metal band on the pole near 70. You can see the moss that's grown on the little puddle. There's a little black circle of open water without moss that to me looks like it's coming from the real source of the water. It's the only wet patch of green at the bottom of the hill.
If it's a spring or something you don't care about, please let me know so I stop reporting it.

Today, however, John tried to leave after lunch to go back to work & he couldn't get out of Latour gate, had to back up & drive to St. Julien gate to leave. I didn't see that issue recently reported. Any idea when our Latour gate will be working like it is supposed to?

| September 3, 2024 | Gates | Porto neighbors have asked me to request help with an outbound gate issue. Unlike other Trilogy at the Vineyards villages, Porto's exit gate does not open when small vehicles like motorcycles, e-bicycles, bicycles and golf carts approach to exit. We need a way to get the gate open. (Walking through the pedestrian gate is unsafe and awkward. Our gate fobs are of no use inside the village.)
