Maintenance Issue Reports

The Latour exit gate continues to periodically remain open after a car drives through then when it closes it beeps and remains open until the next car drives through then the gate will close. I know this sounds weird but we were walking home and stood at the open Latour exit gate and observed this in progress

At approximately 10:49 am, Sun March 16, ambulance responded to a medical on Latour. Resident witness saw the ambulance could not enter via entry gate, but somehow entered through exit gate. Witness says the ambulance did not have emergency lights on, unknown if they tried an access code

There is no remote for TV in pool room. Please replace and have available to watch sporting events in pool room.

(NO RUSH) The Latour vehicle exit gate is partially stuck open, wide enough to allow people to walk through it.

The St Julian exit gate does not close both gates.

Latch at pickleball gate is loose. Both screws are stripped (maybe through-holes and bolt with nut will be better)

Maintenace Dept: We added new screws to resecure the gate latch

The net strap on Tennis Court #1 is worn and needs to be replaced.

As a workaround we swapped out our strap with the one from the unused net on the pickle ball court.

Can a new net strap be ordered for the net on Tennis Court #1?

The players can install the new strap once it arrives.

Porto gate stuck open. Will not close

There is a substantial water leak in the vineyard off Riesling Circle. I found one near the green telecommunications box this morning. There was also a leak near the park that had already been called in when I found it. At 7:45 this evening, I was out in my backyard ( which is right off the trail between Riesling Circle and Barbaressco), and water was streaming down the vineyard hill.
I took pictures, but am unable to load them. When my husband gets home, we'll try to send the pics.

A vineyard water line at post #36 between Barbaresco and Riesling Circle has been running a major leak into the drainage line to the
Riesling Circle Street drains from before 7:00 pm and now up to 10:00 pm

Barossa pedestrian gate located at California Trail/Trilogy Parkway is not working again. Residents unable to access entry into Barossa unless they use the Sacred Mountain pedestrian gate.

The call box at the Solera gate is not accepting access codes and only gives a busy signal when dialing a member's phone number.
