| January 30, 2025 | Landscape | I noticed recently that the bushes were trimmed on the Miwok Park Trail near Chianti Ln. and thank you for that. There are common area bushes that adjoin our bushes on Chianti Ln. and we try to keep our property trimmed, but it seems that this common area is always overlooked and I have to ask for them to be trimmed. So, I am asking for the 5 bushes that adjoin ours be trimmed to the same height of what is on our property. Thank you!

| January 31, 2025 | Landscape | Over two years ago the HOA was going to reapply bark to the common area around the upper and lower Miwok Park. That was delayed because of the PG&E project. I have a view fence that overlooks the upper park, and the space between the fence and the grass is constantly growing weeds. Terra Care sprays some of those weeds maybe once or twice a year. When will the promised bark be reapplied? I see that it was done near the clubhouse. I pay a lot in HOA fees to be ignored for many years. This is marked as completed, but the only bark that is left, and that is very little, is from the original bark that was put down many years ago. Thank you.

| May 18, 2025 | Landscape | The removable Bollards at the vineyard entrance located on Zinfandel Drive are out of the ground holes and lying horizontally on the ground. I almost stepped in one of the holes while walking. Without the bollards in place, traffic is allowed to enter the vineyard and it is a safety hazard to people walking on the trail. I tried to put one back into the hole, but it was way too heavy for me to lift.

| June 2, 2025 | Landscape | The Chef's Garden team will be planting the new herbs in the raised garden beds behind the club and the pumpkin patch beside the garden beds this week. Can you please turn on the water to both areas and do any repairs needed to ensure the water is adequate?

1. The gopher needs to be removed.
2. Gophers go after grubs that live near roots. The shrubs and surrounding soil need to be sprayed with insecticide.

| June 10, 2025 | Landscape | A number of trees have died on Trilogy Parkway across from the Porto gate and need to be replaced. Have spoken to the HOA and gardeners but to no avail. Situation has been on going for about two years. Perhaps an irrigation issue? Not a good look as people drive up to the club.

| October 11, 2025 | Landscape | This is from July 17, 2022. Over three years ago the HOA was going to reapply bark to the common area around the upper and lower Miwok Park. That was delayed because of the PG&E project. The application of bark was placed on hold, to be completed sometime in the near future. I have a view fence that overlooks the upper park and the space between the fence and the park grass is great for growing weeds. Terra Care sprays some of those weeds, but not all, maybe once or twice a year. They do not spray the spurge which is a prolific spreader of seeds. I have been hand weeding the area behind my fence about every two weeks. New bark won't solve the problem completely, but it would help. That bark project is now Marked Completed on this site.
It has NOT been completed! I am still pulling weeds by hand to avoid the unsightly mess that would occur if it I did not pull the weeds. Terra Care's spraying of some of the weeds over the years doesn't even begin to address the issue. I hate to play this card, but i pay HOA dues the same as everyone else and I shouldn't have to look at unsightly weeds or have seeds easily blown into my backyard and have more weeds there. I still go out every two to three weeks and pull all the weeds by hand. Bark won't completely solve the problem, but it would certainly help. Please address this problem.

| January 4, 2026 | Landscape | Around the first week in October 2024 a drainage problem affecting our property was brought to your attention. It is caused by a poorly designed drainage system installed at the lower (east) end of the vacant lot (PG&E easement) uphill to the west of us. Between 1619 and 1623 Chianti Ln. An underground pipe with a surface drain at the far end (back) and a surface drain at the front portion (street) was placed. A low area near rhe middle allows water to pool and not drain. Photos of the situation have been sent via text to 925-626-8150.

| February 19, 2026 | Landscape | I am one of the Trilogy Pickleball Club Board members and have a maintenance issue for you. Two new shade structures were added along one side of the pickleball courts. The posts supporting these structures sit in one of the grass areas that is irrigated using pop up sprinkler heads. Some of these sprinkler heads now need to be adjusted to both reduce the amount of overspray on the posts and to ensure the surrounding grass still receives the water it needs.

South east corner hillside. The fence is a wooden two rail fence from the park floor up the hillside (in/near the olive grove) to the back yards of the adjacent residences.
Tow rails are out of place needing repair.

| June 2, 2023 | Landscape | We would like to ask that the landscape staff trim down the plant growing on the other side of the wall on the side of our house. We live on the right side of the Latour gate. The plant is starting to come over the top of the sound wall. It is a climber and has started to come over the sound wall cap and it growing into our plants. The top of the sound wall is too high for us to get to.
It is also growing under the wall and coming up in our landscape. We realize there isn't anything that can be done about that but having to deal with both the top and the bottom of our wall to remove a plant that isn't in ours a bit much for us. My husband uses a walker and I have a bad back getting on a ladder to reach over to the other side of the sound wall is very difficult. Thank you for any help you can give us.

| June 14, 2023 | Landscape | On July 17, 2022, I requested that bark be refreshed along the view fences for homes along Fiano Lane. This still has not been done, and I am getting a significant amount of spurge (low growing weed) in that area. On rare occasion Terra Care sprays the weeds that are 12 inches tall, but does nothing for the low growing spurge. I am tired of hand weeding. With permission, I will be happy to spray the weeds myself. Hand weeding has become overwhelming. Please address this issue soon.

| June 14, 2023 | Landscape | The park area on the north side Chianti, where the PGE pipeline runs, the grass is becoming very dry in a number of spots. Right around the sprinklers it is green, but away from the sprinklers is very brown. This is a problem every year in this area. It is the worst looking area in all of Trilogy. I know no board members live in the area, but it is certainly a disappointment for those of us that pay the same HOA dues as everyone else. Please pay attention to this area.
