Maintenance Issue Reports

I continue to have concerns regarding the cleaning of the gym. I have reported my concerns before. There are "dust bunnies" underneath and by equipment. I took several pictures today, and will (hopefully) attach them. I don't know how often the gym gets a thorough cleaning, but it should (in my opinion) be at least every week to 2 weeks.

Porto gate is broken. Won't close.

Upper Miwok Park: Two dripper sprinklers near the big oak tree are broken. They are shooting water into the air up to 6 feet away.

Fitness Studio - Spin bike #4, display monitor needs new batteries? Doesn’t register speed, level, etc. (bike is located by large window, nearest to mirror)

Could you please vacuum the hot tub? There’s a lot of dirt where you sit and on the bottom. Thanks.

Swimsuit water extractor in men’s locker room broken

The man gate at the Solera gate is not reading the key cards.

2 Gym issues: 1) The ants have reappeared on the mat in the back corner. I have seen them two consecutive days now, as I stretch out back by the mirrors in the gym.
2) There is an exercise bike that has been turned so the rider looks onto the exercise mat, instead of outside. Please return the bike so the position of the rider looks outside as they exercise. It is extremely uncomfortable for those stretching on the mat.

Middle shower stall in men’s locker room has clogged drain

The pedestrian gate access at the Solera Gate in Tuscany does not work - hasn't worked for a while and many others have this issue as well. (I haven't tried it today - in case this was something you've alread fixed).

12.31.24 Thank you for reporting this. The card reader failed and a new unit has been ordered. ETA for part to arrive and be installed is this Friday.
