Maintenance Issue Reports

Sonoma pedestrian gate does not always close automatically. Sometime is closes on it's one, other times you have to manually close it.

Sonoma Gate Control Panel display is defective and unreadable. The display just shows dots which makes it impossible for visitors to find any resident information. I have included a picture of what the display looks like. I was told it has been this way for several weeks at the least.

Solera pedestrian gate will not open. It takes the member card but the latch will not click open.

Solera exit gate has been stuck open for the last couple of days.

Small Fountain at Bell Tower is full algae, and it is running over the sides.

Shower in men’s locker room won’t turn on (handicap accessible shower stall)

Several weeks ago the HOA sponsored wall cap painting was performed on the wall in my back yard. While the paint worked seemed fine when completed, the newly applied paint is already peeling away, exposing the metal/foam cap underneath. The entire wall in my back yard is uncovered and open, so this issue is not related to lack of access. I believe it's related to poorly prepping the wall before painting it. Can we have the painter come back out, properly prep the exposed sections of the cap, and repaint it? I have pictures if you need them. My address is 1567 California Trail. Thanks!

Several of the benches at the bocce courts on California Trail have broken slats. I have pictures if you need them.

Security gate at end of Viognier Ct. recently has had the door latching hardware replaced. The new catch latch has several sharp corners that protrude and could cut someone passing through the gate.

If there anyway to make this less dangerous?

Saw an ant on the mats at the Northeast corner of the gym today by the mirrors & pilates machine.

Also; all the monitors in the club are advertising very old events, one I saw was for August. Can we update the video show to show actual future event and club activities?

Same leak I've reported before. Now I wonder if it could be exacerbated by the tractor during vineyard maintenance. It's below the vineyard behind Frascati, between poles #60-70, near the shiny aluminum metal band on the pole near 70. You can see the moss that's grown on the little puddle. There's a little black circle of open water without moss that to me looks like it's coming from the real source of the water. It's the only wet patch of green at the bottom of the hill.

If it's a spring or something you don't care about, please let me know so I stop reporting it.

Right side of Latour gate has been in the open position multiple times when we try yo leave but when we drive up it opens fully for us to exit so we haven't reported anything. Today, however, John tried to leave after lunch to go back to work & he couldn't get out of Latour gate, had to back up & drive to St. Julien gate to leave. I didn't see that issue recently reported. Any idea when our Latour gate will be working like it is supposed to?
