| January 30, 2026 | Villages | There is a crosswalk going up Trilogy Parkway at the entrance to Porto Village. The button on the pole on the side going up is broken. The parts are laying on the ground at the base of the pole. Also I thought there were supposed to be lights on the signs that lit up when the button was pushed to alert drivers that there are pedestrians in the crosswalk. There does not appear to be any lights on the either sign.

And path lights leading up to Event Center entrance aren’t on. As well as path light on the offside side of the mailroom entrance by Spa side door. I tried 2 times to send this. This is without pic’s.
Robert: The breezeway uplighting has been repair along with the 3 uplighting in the main entry and pathway lighting for Event Center. We are currently working on the balance.

There are two unused sings adjacent to the 2-6 Mail Room Parking. These are the old Golf Cart Parking Signs.

| January 4, 2026 | Landscape | Around the first week in October 2024 a drainage problem affecting our property was brought to your attention. It is caused by a poorly designed drainage system installed at the lower (east) end of the vacant lot (PG&E easement) uphill to the west of us. Between 1619 and 1623 Chianti Ln. An underground pipe with a surface drain at the far end (back) and a surface drain at the front portion (street) was placed. A low area near rhe middle allows water to pool and not drain. Photos of the situation have been sent via text to 925-626-8150.

I was under the impression the mail room was always supposed to be open 24/7.
When I went to get my mail and found the mail room locked I was very surprised and also somewhat annoyed. There were a number of other members that were there with the same question and response.
