| March 3, 2026 | Wine Barn | I called Feb. 25 and left a message with facilities about the lights on the Wine Barn being left on 24/7 for days. I was very thankful that someone went there to turn them off within 3 hours of my report. Unfortunately, I had to call again on Feb. 27 as they were back on again. I'm not sure that anyone showed up then or not. As of Mar. 2 they were on and they are still on today, Mar. 3.

| September 3, 2024 | Gates | Porto neighbors have asked me to request help with an outbound gate issue. Unlike other Trilogy at the Vineyards villages, Porto's exit gate does not open when small vehicles like motorcycles, e-bicycles, bicycles and golf carts approach to exit. We need a way to get the gate open. (Walking through the pedestrian gate is unsafe and awkward. Our gate fobs are of no use inside the village.)

| September 16, 2024 | Vineyards | Two water lines have come uncoupled in the vineyards located between Trilogy Parkway and Moscato Place. Both broken lines were gushing water until I stopped the flow of each one.
Uncoupled water line #1) Feeder water line located on the end of a vineyard row approximately 10 yards up the gravel maintenance road that branches off from Trilogy Parkway. I temporarily stopped the flow of water by folding the end of the line on itself and securing it with wire.
Uncoupled water line #2) Same vineyard but the ruptured water line is at the end of a vineyard row on top of the hill (west of Moscato Place) just off the maintenance gravel road. Same fix.

My husband and I have already cleared the fire lane between our house and the Neighbors house, which I feel we should have to do but have waited so long for it to be done.. these weeds make the place look, unkempt, and scruffy!

| September 25, 2024 | Gates | Right side of Latour gate has been in the open position multiple times when we try yo leave but when we drive up it opens fully for us to exit so we haven't reported anything. Today, however, John tried to leave after lunch to go back to work & he couldn't get out of Latour gate, had to back up & drive to St. Julien gate to leave. I didn't see that issue recently reported. Any idea when our Latour gate will be working like it is supposed to?

I took several pictures today, and will (hopefully) attach them. I don't know how often the gym gets a thorough cleaning, but it should (in my opinion) be at least every week to 2 weeks.
