Congratulations on your choice to call Trilogy^® "home." Your Trilogy community includes an amazing private Resort Club as its centerpiece. So that you can be ready to start enjoying all the Club has to offer, we have created this simple online system to help you prepare for your upcoming membership enrollment session.

Simply review the information below and complete the advanced preparation items, and you’ll be ready to go. If you have any questions, please contact your local community team using the contact information available here.

Step 1: The Enrollment Session

The purpose of the Enrollment Session is to ensure you are set up and ready to start enjoying the Club. During our time together, we will explain and answer questions about the membership, introduce you to all the amenities, talk through the membership documents, clarify the financial commitment to the Club, establish your Member account, and more.

For greater detail, we encourage you to review the sections below in advance.

And if your community includes a Golf Membership and that’s something you’re interested in, we'll go through that together during your Enrollment Session. For now, you’ll complete the process laid out on this page, and we'll talk through the golf “upgrade” (as applicable) when we're together.

Part of joining a private Club is understanding how the Club is structured, what benefits you are provided as a Member, and what commitments the Club and its Members make to one another. To that end, our team will take you through the basics of membership. And if you’d like to review anything in advance, you are welcome to log on to MTL and visit the "Resort Club Documents" section by selecting "Community" > "Resort Club" and then clicking the "Documents" tab.

There are three financial commitments to the Club. The first is the initiation fee, which is paid in conjunction with closing. The second is dues, which are paid in conjunction with your HOA statements (except to Polo Club, where payments are direct to the Club). And the third is your Member account, which encompasses the things you might choose to enjoy while at the Club, liking dining, events, and more. We’ll talk through each of these further during the enrollment session.

We want to make sure you never miss out on any of the action in the community, so we’ll take you through all of the ways we communicate with one another. This includes emails like the Daily Digest, which arrives first thing in the morning in your email inbox and provides a full list of all events happening that day at the community, as well as ensuring your login and profile are set up properly in our proprietary Members Only web platform, MyTrilogyLife.com. From day one, you’ll be in the know on all that’s happening.

Each Club does have its specific rules, but for the most part, the Clubs operate following the Golden Rule – treat others as you’d like to be treated. That said, we do want to make sure you understand the attire policy, the guest policy, how gratuities work, etc., so we’ll spend some time together talking through the basics. The complete rules will always be available for your review via the “Resort Club” section of MyTrilogyLife.com.

One of the best parts of joining the Club is the ability to leave your wallet at home. Just like your favorite destination resort, your Club provides you the option of simply charging to your Member account. Each month you get a statement from the Club, you have a few days to review it, and then we charge your account on file. It’s that easy. And it’s fully secure thanks to our encrypted, PCI-compliant Club management software.

Encanterra Country Club features eighteen holes of golf, two Resort Clubs, multiple dining options, state-of-the-art health and fitness facilities, exceptional tennis and pickleball complexes, indoor and outdoor pools, and a full-service Alvea Spa, which recently was named the state’s top Clubhouse Spa by Arizona Foothills magazine. TRILOGY LAKE NORMAN

Built with the outdoors in mind, Twin Mills Club includes indoor and outdoor pools; The Outfitter, a space complete with kayaks, bikes, and other outdoor gear; Pickleball and tennis courts; access to a fleet of boats at nearby Lake Norman; and more. The feature restaurant, The Foundry, and the Event Center are open to the public and available for dining reservations and private events.

The Club features a compulsory “Social” membership for all residents of Trilogy Lake Norman, which is provided as part of your membership in the homeowners association.

TRILOGY POLO CLUB

The ~25,000+ square foot Polo Club offers dining, events space, fitness, pools, and outdoor recreation, and is set upon a gentle rise, offering spectacular views of the Santa Rosa Mountains to the southwest and the Chocolate Mountains to the north. The feature restaurant, June Hill’s Table, as well as the 2Palms Event Center, are available for dining reservations and private bookings.

The Polo Club offers a Social Membership, with special privileges provided for those who purchase new homes in the Trilogy at The Polo Club community.

TRILOGY AT TEHALEH

Set against a backdrop of protected forest preserves – and the ever-looming majestic presence of Mount Rainier – Seven Summits Lodge is located within the picturesque resort-lifestyle Trilogy at Tehaleh community. With areas dedicated to dining, relaxation, fitness, games, and more, Seven Summits Lodge is a private community Club styled for the most discerning of Members.

The Club features two options for membership, the first being the compulsory “Social” membership for all residents of Trilogy at Tehaleh, which is provided as part of your membership in the homeowners association. The second is a Dining membership, which is an available to non-residents and includes access exclusively to The Mantel restaurant.

TRILOGY AT VERDE RIVER

The centerpiece of the community, the Club sits adjacent to Tonto National Forest with sweeping views of the Mazatzal Mountains and the iconic Four Peaks. Here you will find a newly re-envisioned golf course, tennis & pickleball courts, a poolside bar & grill, a luxurious resort pool, and The Outfitter, the starting point for outdoor fun. The Club also features a signature restaurant, Needle Rock Kitchen & Tap, and a full service spa.

The Club features two options for membership, the first being the compulsory “Social” membership for all residents of Trilogy at Verde River, which is provided as part of your membership in the homeowners association. The second is the Golf membership, which is an available add-on for those passionate about golf, and available on a year-round or seasonal basis.

TRILOGY SUNSTONE | CABOCHON CLUB

Located within Las Vegas’ most desirable new masterplan community - Sunstone - sits Cabochon Club. The contemporary desert Club is an oasis to relax, connect, learn, celebrate, or get your workout on. Cabochon Club will debut in a series of two phases, with the first focused on establishing gathering areas for homeowners including fitness, coffeehouse, culinary studio, and the resort pool, and as the community grows, a full-service restaurant is planned to be added along with ample events space. Phase 1 is planned for completion in 2022, with Phase 2 commencing as the community grows.

Assumption of Risk, Release, Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement ("Agreement")*
In consideration for being permitted to participate in the special activities and events (collectively, the “Club A&E”) offered, coordinated or sponsored by the club(s) and/or community amenity(s) selected above (collectively the "Club"), whether they are owned, provided, offered, or coordinated by the Club, its governing homeowners’ association and/or its employees, officers, directors, managers, partners, agents, affiliates, owners, successors and assigns (collectively the "Coordinator"), I/we for myself, my personal representatives, spouse, family members, guests, renters, assigns, estate, heirs and next of kin (collectively "I/we"):

Voluntary Participation: Acknowledge, understand and agree I/we are/am participating in the Club A&E's voluntarily and agree to be completely responsible for my/our own actions. I/we further agree to abide by all safety standards, rules, and guidelines, which may be imposed by the Coordinator.

Term: Acknowledge, understand and agree that, due to the potentially ongoing nature of participating in the Club A&E's, the term of this Agreement is considered to be in perpetuity. Any future participation in the Club A&E's is considered an acknowledgement of the validity of this Agreement.

Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risks: Fully understand that: (a) the Club A&E's involve danger to my/our person and property and risks of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis and death (collectively "Risks"); (b) these Risks may be caused by (i) my own actions, or inactions, (ii) the actions or inactions of others participating in the Club A&E's, the Coordinator, (iii) the condition in which the Club A&E's take place, or (iv) the negligence of the Releases (defined below); (c) there may be other risks and social and economic losses either not known to myself, my family members, invitees, renters, and/or guests or not readily foreseeable at this time (collectively “Other Risks”); and I/we fully accept and assume all such Risks and Other Risks and all responsibility for any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorneys’ fees and court costs of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether direct or indirect or consequential, I/we incur as a result of participation in the Club A&E's, or arising out of or in any way related to Club A&E's, presence on Club property and use of the Club facilities by myself, my family members, invitees, renters, and/or guests while participating in Club A&E’s.

Release: Covenant, promise and agree I/we will not prosecute or present any claim for personal injury, theft, property damage or wrongful death or any other claim or bring any action against the Coordinator, other participants, or their respective, officers, trustees, administrators, executors, personal representatives, next of kin or any other representatives ("Releasees") and hereby release, waive, discharge, relinquish any action, causes of action or claim, which may hereafter arise from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses or damages on my/our account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other acts or omissions of the Releasees or otherwise, including injuries received or that may have been compounded or increased by negligent operations or rules and procedures of the Releasees.

Indemnification: Covenant, promise and agree to defend, indemnify and hold the Releasees harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorneys’ fees and court costs, of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether direct, indirect or consequential, that arise out of or are in any way related to involvement or participation in the Club A&E's, presence on the Club property and use of Club facilities by myself, my family members, invitees, renters, and/or guests while participating in Club A&E’s. Furthermore, I covenant, promise and agree to defend, indemnify and hold the Releasees harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorneys’ fees and court costs, of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether direct, indirect or consequential, that arise out of or are in any way related to involvement or participation in the Club A&Es by any of my family members, invitees or guests.

Miscellaneous: Hereby declare I/we am/are of lawful age and legally competent to sign this Agreement, I/we understand the terms herein are contractual and not a mere recital and I/we have signed this document of my/our own free will. I/we further acknowledge, understand and agree that the covenants and releases in this Agreement are intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the State in which the Club A&E's are conducted and if any portion of this Agreement is held invalid, I/we agree that the balance, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. I/we agree that this Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State where the Club facilities are located, and that to the extent not covered by the Club's governing documents, the courts of the State where the Club facilities are located shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear all such disputes. To the extent of any minor family members, I/we are acting as parent and/or guardian of their person with full authority to execute this Agreement and bind such parties to the provisions hereof.

Marketing Use: Furthermore, I/we understand that in conjunction with the use of the Club facilities and participation in Club A&E's, photos or videos of myself, my family members, invitees, renters, and/or guests may be taken. I/we authorize the Club and its affiliates to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I/we agree that the Club and its affiliates may use such photos or videos of myself, my family members, invitees, renters, and/or guests with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.

I/WE ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I/WE HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO CONSULT A LAWYER AS TO ITS PROVISIONS, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I/WE HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND WITHOUT INDUCEMENT OR ASSURANCE OF ANY NATURE AND INTEND IT TO BE A FULL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We happily enroll thousands of new Members each year, and when they ask a good question (and they often do), we add it to our FAQ’s list. Check out some questions and answers below.

If you have a question specific to your Club or community, reach out directly to the team there.

In a majority of Trilogy communities with a private Club as the centerpiece, the membership in the Club is a part of the membership in the Association. Therefore, by purchasing a home you are joining the Association which de facto means you are joining the Club. The net effect is, yes, membership is compulsory, but only due to the nature of the relationship between the Association and the Club. At Trilogy at The Polo Club, membership in the Club is not part of membership in the Association. However, new home purchasers are provided a tremendous incentive to join, including a credit towards the Initiation Fee and the right to transfer the membership to the future owner of the home for just 15% of the Initiation Fee. Because of these advantages, nearly 100% of residents at Trilogy at The Polo Club have chosen to join the Club.

Each community has an option for situations where there are either multiple owners of the same home or additional adults living in the home who may desire Club privileges. Generally, this is handled via a “secondary social membership," which is an option in the Membership Plan that allows an additional membership to be tied to an existing primary membership. The specifics are slightly different at each Club, but generally no additional initiation fee is required, and dues are 25-50% of annual dues. To learn more about these options, please bring this question up at your Membership Enrollment session.

In most Clubs, the membership dues are charged in advance in conjunction with the HOA dues. There are, however, some instances where this is handled a bit differently. The first is golf memberships (where applicable), in which case the dues are collected in advance, directly by the Club on the monthly Member statement. The second is all Members at Trilogy at The Polo Club; dues there are collected directly by the Club on the monthly statement. For Members who joined prior to June 2020, dues are collected in arrears. All new Members who enrolled beginning in July 2020 pay dues in advance.

It is not. Depending on the Club, dues are collected either monthly or quarterly. That said, from a technical standpoint, dues are defined and required annually, so once the calendar year begins, a Member is committed to that calendar year’s responsibility. In nearly all cases, this is a non-issue since memberships effectively transfer with home sales/purchases, and therefore Members are only responsible for dues for the time during which they own the home. Exceptions to this would include golf memberships (as applicable) and memberships that resign at Trilogy at The Polo Club without the sale of the home to a new Member.
