Congratulations on your choice to call Trilogy^® "home." Your Trilogy community includes amazing resort-style amenities. So that you can be ready to start enjoying all your community has to offer, we have created a simple online system to help you prepare for your upcoming enrollment.

Simply review the information below and complete the advanced preparation items, and you’ll be ready to go. If you have any questions, please contact your local community team using the contact information available here.

Step 1: The Enrollment Session

The purpose of the Onboarding Session is to ensure you are set up and ready to start enjoying the Club. During our time together, we will explain and answer questions about the community, introduce you to all the amenities, establish your Member account (where applicable), and talk through any questions you might have.

For greater detail, we encourage you to review the sections below in advance.

There are three financial commitments related to the amenities in the community. The first is dues, which are paid via your HOA statements. The second is classes or events in which you participate, all of which are at your discretion. The third is items you might choose to purchase while enjoying the amenities. The latter two may be paid for in a number of ways, most conveniently via a pre-established house account. We’ll talk through each of these further during the session.

We want to make sure you never miss out on any of the action in the community, so we’ll take you through all of the ways we communicate with one another. This includes emails like the Daily Digest, which arrives first thing in the morning in your email inbox and provides a full list of all events happening that day at the community, as well as ensuring your login and profile are set up properly in our proprietary Members Only web platform, MyTrilogyLife.com. From day one, you’ll be in the know on all that’s happening.

Each Club does have its specific rules, but for the most part, the Clubs operate following the Golden Rule – treat others as you’d like to be treated. That said, we do want to make sure you understand the attire policy, the guest policy, how gratuities work, etc., so we’ll spend some time together talking through the basics. The complete rules will always be available for your review via the “Resort Club” section of MyTrilogyLife.com.

One of the best parts of joining the Club is the ability to leave your wallet at home. Just like your favorite destination resort, your Club provides you the option of simply charging to your Member account. Each month you get a statement from the Club, you have a few days to review it, and then we charge your account on file. It’s that easy. And it’s fully secure thanks to our encrypted, PCI-compliant Club management software.

TRILOGY AT VISTANCIA

Trilogy at Vistancia is comprised of three feature Club experiences, the golf club, the original community centerpiece, Kiva Club, and the recently introduced Mita Club. The golf course, the feature restaurant, V's Taproom, the full-service Alvea Spa, and the events & weddings venue are all available to the public. The remainder of the amenities are available exclusively to owners and approved renters/guests.

TRILOGY AT THE VINEYARDS

Set within the spectacular Trilogy community, Club Los Meganos combines striking architecture and interior design with magnificent mountain views and innovative programming. The Club features a full-service Sawa Spa, dining at Abby’s Gourmet Studio, Fitness and Sports Courts and weddings in our surrounding vineyard. Many additional amenities are available exclusively to owners and approved renters/guests.

TRILOGY AT LAKE FREDERICK

The Shenandoah Lodge & Athletic Club campus includes the Lodge, Athletic Club, and Shoreline Outfitter, and encompasses more than 36,000 square feet of indoor space along with an expansive lakeside veranda and patio beneath. The restaurant, Region’s 117, and the Shenandoah Events Center are open to the public and available for dining reservations and private bookings. Many additional amenities are available exclusively to owners and approved renters/guests.

TRILOGY ORLANDO

The Trilogy Orlando community has an amazing resort club as its centerpiece, Magnolia House. At Magnolia House, you’ll find the Club’s featured restaurant, The Grille, the sports pavilion, resort pool, and fitness areas as well as an events center available by reservation for weddings & events. The amenities are available exclusively to owners and approved renters/guests.

TRILOGY IN SUMMERLIN

Nestled in the foothills and ridges on the western rim of the Las Vegas valley – adjacent to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and close to the world-famous Las Vegas Strip – sits the master-planned community of Summerlin®, home to Trilogy® and Outlook Club. The Club is outfitted with a commercial kitchen, as well as venues for fitness, relaxation, socializing, and more. The amenities are available exclusively to owners and approved renters/guests.

Assumption of Risk, Release, Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement ("Agreement")*
In consideration for being permitted to utilize the Club/Amenities selected above (the "Club") facilities and participate in the Club/Association activities and events (collectively referred to as "Club F&Es") owned, provided, or coordinated by the Club/Association, and its employees, officers, managers, partners, agents, affiliates, owners, successors and assigns (collectively the "Coordinator"), I/we for myself, my personal representatives, spouse, family members, guests, assigns, estate, heirs and next of kin (collectively "I/we"):

Voluntary Participation: Acknowledge, understand and agree I/we are/am participating in the Club F&Es voluntarily and agree to be completely responsible for my/our own actions. I/we further agree to abide by all safety standards, rules and guidelines, which may be imposed by the Coordinator.

Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risks: Fully understand that: (a) the Club F&Es involve danger to my/our person and property and risks of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis and death (collectively "Risks"); (b) these Risks may be caused by (i) my own actions, or inactions, (ii) the actions or inactions of others participating in the Club F&Es, the Coordinator, (iii) the condition in which the Club F&Es take place, or (iv) the negligence of the Releases (defined below); (c) there may be other risks and social and economic losses either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time (collectively "Other Risks"); and I/we fully accept and assume all such Risks and Other Risks and all responsibility for any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorneys' fees and court costs of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether direct or indirect or consequential, I/we incur as a result of participation in the Club F&Es, or arising out of or in any way related to Club F&Es, presence on Club/Association property and use of the Club/Association facilities by me/us.

Release: Covenant, promise and agree I/we will not prosecute or present any claim for personal injury, theft, property damage or wrongful death or any other claim or bring any action against the Coordinator, other participants, or their respective, officers, trustees, administrators, executors, personal representatives, next of kin or any other representatives ("Releasees") and hereby release, waive, discharge, relinquish any action, causes of action or claim, which may hereafter arise from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses or damages on my/our account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other acts or omissions of the Releasees or otherwise, including injuries received or that may have been compounded or increased by negligent operations or rules and procedures of the Releasees.

Furthermore, I/we understand that in conjunction with the use of the Club/Association facilities and participation in Club F&Es, photos or videos of me/us may be taken. I/we authorize the Club/Association and its affiliates to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I/we agree that the Club/Association and its affiliates may use such photos or videos of me/us with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.

Indemnification: Covenant, promise and agree to defend, indemnify and hold the Releasees harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorneys' fees and court costs, of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether direct, indirect or consequential, that arise out of or are in any way related to involvement or participation in the Club F&Es, presence on the Club/Association property and use of Club/Association facilities by me/us. Furthermore, I covenant, promise and agree to defend, indemnify and hold the Releasees harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorneys' fees and court costs, of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether direct, indirect or consequential, that arise out of or are in any way related to involvement or participation in the Club F&Es by any of my family members, invitees or guests.

Miscellaneous: Hereby declare I/we am/are of lawful age and legally competent to sign this Agreement, I/we understand the terms herein are contractual and not a mere recital and I/we have signed this document of my/our own free will. I/we further acknowledge, understand and agree that the covenants and releases in this Agreement are intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the State in which the Club F&Es are conducted and if any portion of this Agreement is held invalid, I/we agree that the balance, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. I/we agree that this Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State where the Club/Association facilities are located, and that to the extent not covered by the Club's/Association's governing documents, the courts of the State where the Club/Association facilities are located shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear all such disputes. To the extent of any minor family members, I/we are acting as parent and/or guardian of their person with full authority to execute this Agreement and bind such parties to the provisions hereof.

I/WE ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I/WE HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO CONSULT A LAWYER AS TO ITS PROVISIONS, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I/WE HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND WITHOUT INDUCEMENT OR ASSURANCE OF ANY NATURE AND INTEND IT TO BE A FULL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
