Food & Beverage is subject to 22% service charge and all prices are subject to 9.1% sales tax. Food & Beverage prices are guaranteed if planned within sixty (60) days prior to your function date. All prices quoted beyond 60 days prior are subject to change without notice due to market conditions.
A non-refundable 25% deposit is due upon signing of the venue rental agreement in order to reserve your date.
Deposits will be required by the following payment schedule:
Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date with final floor plan and guest count guarantee. Any “day of” charges are due at the conclusion of the event.
Group Menu tastings will be held monthly. A complimentary tasting for wedding couple may be arranged for definite business. Additional guests, tastings, or private tasting requests are $35++ per Guest.
Due to health department regulations, no food of any kind, except specialty desserts or wedding cake, may be brought on or leave Trilogy’s property or taken at the conclusion of the wedding. No outside food items will be prepared, served or stored in or on premise refrigeration.
Due to our Maricopa County Liquor License, Trilogy at Vistancia’s Kiva Club cannot allow you to provide your own alcohol. However we do offer beer, wine and liquor packages, with a full variety of options. No shots will be served.
We request that event details & menu selections are finalized a minimum of four weeks prior to the scheduled celebration date. A final guaranteed number of guests is required fourteen business days prior to the function. If attendance falls below the guarantee, the host is responsible for the number guaranteed. If actual attendance is greater than the guarantee, the host will be charged for the actual attendance.
In the event of a cancellation, the security deposit and any partial payments will not be refunded and the following sliding scale will apply as liquidation damages:
Date of signing to 90 days prior to the event are charged 25% of the total.
89 to 60 days prior to the event are charged 50% of the total.
59 to 15 days prior to the event are charged 75% of the total.
Within 14 days of the event are charged 100% of the total.
Any cancellations or adjustments to the Preferred Vendors wedding package will be between the Vendor & signing party. All vendors are independent contractors; Trilogy does not assume any responsibility for their performance or contractual obligation made with the wedding party.
Yes, absolutely! If you need help choosing, we have a preferred list of recommended professionals that are familiar with the property.
Of course! We have two comfortable dressing rooms for the wedding couple, complete with full length mirrors, privacy screens, champagne, and pitchers of water.
As our property is located in a residential area. Due to local noise ordinance laws, sound levels at outdoor functions must be monitored, and all outdoor entertainment must conclude by 10pm. Indoor entertainment must conclude by 12am.
We can definitely accommodate dietary restrictions. We offer vegetarian meals, and we can also prepare separate plates for guests with specific needs.
Yes, the stunning Tewa Ballroom is available as a back-up location for inclement weather.
We confirm the rehearsal date and time 30 days prior to your wedding.
We have an excellent partnership with Cibola Vista Resort & Spa and North Central Group Hotels in Norterra. Both offer great rates for all of your out-of-town guests.
