While we don't have reservations, you can tell us when you would like to dine and we'll text you a reminder when the time is right to get on the Waitlist. For example, if you know you have 6 people wanting to eat Saturday at 7:00, register in the system, and if the wait is an hour, it will send you a text at 6:00. It's that easy.

Chef Michael began his culinary career when he was a teenager, working in pizzerias in northern New Jersey and New York City. In his 20’s, he took a job at a finance company, where he quickly learned that sitting at a desk all day was not the way he wanted to live. He decided to move to Arizona and attend Arizona Culinary Institute. After graduating, Michael went on to work alongside some of the top chefs in the Valley, with whom he built his considerable food knowledge before taking roles with Fox Restaurant Concepts and Bravo Brio Restaurant Group. Chef Michael joined V’s Taproom in June 2015 and has been instrumental in the restaurant’s success. His unpretentious approach to food, his ability to elevate dishes, and his passion to create meals that not only look nice, but taste great as well, has powered his success.
