Maintenance Issue Reports

In the Komei room there's a floor mirror against the wall. This mirror is not secured to the wall, therefore it will fall on people if anyone bumps into it or moves it by accident. It has fallen on us a couple of times. Perhaps it could be secured to the wall in some way.

In Tuscany Village, the following street lights are on during the day, 205152, 205120, 250144, 205155, 205160, 205162, 205163 and probably more since my daily walk does not cover the entire village.

Also, a number of houses have burned out address lights. Perhaps the night security watch could record the burned out address locations so the owners could be notified. Even though the address lights are on 24/7 (for no reason), it is very difficult to see that the bulbs are out during the daytime so the owners are probably unaware. The address lights use two 2825 bulbs (12V, 5W) and are available at Amazon, Ace Hardware and most automotive parts stores.

Inside Miwok Exit Gate. The landscaping was never finished. I think they thought it was part of the house by the gate.

Is it possible to relocate the Pilates items to another section of the gym? It seems the items are increasing & they now take up a quarter to a half of the relatively small floor workout area. I use the gym a lot & have rarely seen anyone use this stuff & those of us who want to do floor exercises are left scrambling for another spot. At best, 1-2 people can use the mat with all that stuff there. Today another big box was added.
I have spoken with other gym regulars who feel the same.

It has been verified that poison bait has been placed in the vineyards near the hiking trail by Miwok and Tempranillo.
This is not acceptable as all the animals that will feed on poisoned carcasses would also likely be killed.
Golden eagles, red-tail hawks, kestrels, foxes and a whole host of other animals are directly threatened.
Put out cage traps if needed but please remove the poison ASAP.

It would be nice if management would routinely make rounds & see what needs attention in the clubhouse. I routinely frequent the gym. The TV on one of the elliptical machines has been broken for quite a while, now a 2nd machine has the same issue. We are down to one functional machine.
Also, one of the sinks in the ladies room has standing water pooled in the basin. It seems the stopper doesn’t stay up.
Please check the facility & provide the services you are contracted to provide.

Lafite gate malfunctioning again. Resident reports the right side exit gate from Lafite Ct is now stuck open, since early Sunday afternoon.

Last night (Monday), leaving the clubhouse at 9pm, none of the lights along the walking path just outside the clubhouse were on. It was very difficult to even find my way to the parking lot. Not sure if that's normal for a Monday as it's a slow day at the club, or if they weren't working. Thank-you.
