| April 10, 2020 | Villages | Street light #7189 cycling between on/off. This light is located in front of 1073 Pomerol Circle in the Rhône village.

| May 4, 2021 | Villages | Street light in front of 1143 St Julien is off at around 10PM on Tuesday 5/4. It has been off at around this time (when we walk our dog) for several nights. When this light is off, the street is quite dark in the area. Note - on 5/4 when the power came back on at around 8:15pm, that street light was on, along with the other ones nearby.
Also note - on this page (https://www.mytrilogylife.com/vineyards/maintenance-issue-report/), where it says "please search the list of existing requests - here", the link at 'here' does not work.

| January 7, 2021 | Landscape | The “park grass area” on Miwok is horrible looking. Weeds, dead plants, overgrown olive trees, dead and bald grassy areas. I was hoping TerraCare would be improving this but it doesn’t seem like it.

| September 14, 2023 | Gates | The 3 pillars supporting the gates at the Miwok entrance are all spotted/stained with something brown. And the cap on the middle pillar was damaged. Any opportunity for cleaning or painting these? This was first reported on June 12th as anopen forum comment.

This was first reported as an open forum comment for the June 13th HOA meeting and nothing was corrected. It was reported on MTL as a Maintenance Issue Report on September 14th and still has not been fixed nor did I even receive a reply that the report was received. When can we expect to have this taken care of?
