Looks like wind is keeping the Latour exit gate open. Not sure about other locations

The pedestrian gate on Latour will not open

Ongoing issues with Viognier pedestrian gate. Maintenance report filed several times in the past 14 months.

1. The gate has a reversed strike plate and elevated screws. The elevated screws sometimes block the gate from closing or make it hard or impossible to open. This is/has been part of the ongoing gate sticking open or not opening problem.
2. Additionally and with more impact - in the afternoon after the sun hits the metal fence, the framing of the gate expands. When it expands the top of the gate is blocked from both opening and closing by the metal fence. If you want to observe the problem come out in the late afternoon. It will not be in evidence in the A.M.
3. The problem is once the gate is opened in the afternoon, it will remain open until it cools off, then it closes on its own. Meanwhile the gate does not provide a security-related function as it stay open until late P.M..

The man gate at the Solera Street entrance is not self-closing.

The Solera Pedestrian Gate is not working correctly.

The Key FOB Receiver light turns from red to green, but the mechanical lock does not click open.

So the work-around for some residents has been to prop the gate open when they leave.

This practice defeats the purpose of even having gates, so could you please have maintenance look at it?

No Trespassing sign at St Julien gate entrance has been hit and knocked over

The man gate at the Solera Street entrance is not reading the entry keys.

With crime increasing locally, and with this week's news that there may have been a Trilogy home break-in, my Porto neighbors are increasingly concerned that our vehicle gates are frequently mysteriously left fully open for hours at a time. Dave Lanier of Trilogy Neighborhood Watch believes I should get a reply and status report when I submit problems with our gates into this database. To date, I have never received a single bit of feedback after submitting problems here. I would like to get these so I may update my neighbors.

Pedestrian/golf cart gate at end of Lafite Lane is not working or at least this morning, October 11, it was not working.

Right side of Latour gate has been in the open position multiple times when we try yo leave but when we drive up it opens fully for us to exit so we haven't reported anything. Today, however, John tried to leave after lunch to go back to work & he couldn't get out of Latour gate, had to back up & drive to St. Julien gate to leave. I didn't see that issue recently reported. Any idea when our Latour gate will be working like it is supposed to?

Latour entry gate is stuck open

During the recent power outage, only one-half of the inbound Andalucia gate fully opened. Half of the gate remained in the closed position the duration of the outage.

The pedestrian gate at Solera Street does not close properly. The spring needs to be adjusted or replaced. It does not generate enough force to close the gate. This is more apparent when it is cold outdoors.
